The food was very nice. Plenty of choice and all our food was piping hot and very palatable

Enjoyed evening at restaurant, attentive service. All meals were excellent and all at reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Great to have this restaurant local. We each had the two course lunch, enjoying different starters and mains. Service and staff are very good. I’d like to see better vegetarian choices, but it’s okay as an occasional visit. The two non meat eaters enjoyed good portions of fish & chips and steak pie.

Excellently cooked, presented and served food. Pleasant comfortable ambiance of the restaurant as a whole.

First I will say that the staff were wonderful, I was quite picky with my meal but they were very accommodating. But it took ages to get the meal. It was at least 45 minutes because this is when I looked on my watch. I don’t get it!

It would have been excellent, but service was slow and time waiting for starter to main was over an hour wait.

Olivers - a favourite go to. Lovely restaurant with the friendliest staff who are constants and have been for a good few years now. The food, as always was excellent in both quality, taste and presentation. Olivers has a relaxed atmosphere and suits lots of different events, needs. Love it!

Delicious food and great service. We were the only ones in the restaurant at lunchtime so the atmosphere was a bit lacking and the restaurant was quite cold when we arrived at 12.30.

Food was appalling 3 people out of 4 left 3/4 of their main course. No atmosphere which was hardly surprising when we discovered to our cost the standard of the meal.

Great service by lovely ladies, with a sense of humour. Food arrived quite quickly, although dinner was a bit on the warmish, rather than hot side - but still tasted great. Four empty plates! We will be back again soon. Thank you.

Couples Christmas get together. Disappointed there wasn't a festive menu given to us. I ordered the fish croquettes but they were fish cake shapes and a bit dry. The rest of the food was lovely though. I always find the restaurant quite cold because its a big area. Nice reasonably price meal. Just not very festive.

Our annual art class Christmas lunch everyone more than happy with there meal, service and ambience .A very enjoyable afternoon..

First time we have visited it was a quiet evening but did not stop us having a very nice meal the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome the food was lovely and will defiantly go again

Staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Good selection of food at Lunchtime at a reasonable price. Lovely setting always clean and tables are nicely spread out so there is no bumping into the people sat around you. Ample parking right outside the restaurant. We go as a special treat when my Friend comes to visit & Oliver's seem to be out 'place of choice'.

Quiet enough for a chat. Food good and the Sunday lunch menu is excellent value for money. Great service though we did arrive at 12.30 when the restaurant wasn’t very busy.

Food was absolutely beautiful. We had a little wait on two of our starters after the others had been served which we have never had here before. We were also sat by a large family table who had a noisy child playing on the floor behind us. Obviously it was not the restaurants fault for the noisy child and thankfully it wouldn’t put us off coming again. Excellent value for money and we look forward to coming back soon x

Fantastic food atmosphere and service. The restaurant catered with my allergies with ease and made sure most things on the menu was accessible. Will definitely be booking again
