Amazing as always. Steaks are always so delicious, good quality. Parmesan salad is lovely. My son says the Beef Mac and cheese is excellent.

Lovely butcher’s cut.great side dishes. Only little negative was really hot in there with no windows open did ask if door could be opened to let a little air flow. Will definitely be back

After arriving on time, our table was unavailable as the previous dinners had not finished eating yet. We were told this would be a short wait at the bar, it ended up being 30/45 minutes. We ordered starters, once these had been cleared the mains followed near instantly it was clear they had been cooked in anticipation. This meant that the temperature of the steak was reduced and slightly cold. This whole experience was disappointing from the normal Ounce service and for birthday celebrations.

Beautiful steak as usual But the salad garnish was disappointing, à bit of sad lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese!! Could have been better with a bit more lettuce, some pepper and tomato, for the price of the dish! Thanks

For a local place to go and eat.. 5 minutes in the car… you can’t beat it! Always top quality food and service.

Brilliant meal. One steak was slightly under for personal taste/expectation and that was whisked away to be sorted. Overall another great meal here - we drive 30 mins and rarely go anywhere else for steak.

Steak was cooked perfectly. Only negative was the size of the table which seemed squeezed in and was very tight for people to pass by.

The best beef we both said we have had in a long time. Staff were all very friendly, the food came out quickly. The other thing I would comment on was the music was a bit loud for a Sunday afternoon, trying to have a conversation over lunch. Would absolutely recommend stopping by for anyone.

This place has the best Sunday roast beef I've ever had

large table next to us and we felt squidged into the corner. They had children who screeched and ran round the table and at one point the noise was that loud, we couldn't even hear each other talk. Not the restaurants fault, i would have asked to move had i seen there were other tables available, but they were extremely busy. The pub itself is lovely, but we had left 2 kids at home with nanna so we could enjoy a nice relaxing meal out, and it wasn't that at all. It did start to go quieter a bit later, if we came again, we would book later say 7.30pm/8pm. Not 7pm.
