Der Kuchen war sehr lecker und mit beef steak und whiskeysauce gefüllt. Die Kette ist zu empfehlen. Das Bier war auch okay. Würde wieder kommen.

Good pies, obviously but also good service. Got there early around 13so we’re firs ones in but was getting busier by the time we left around 2pm. Would go again and have the chicken tikka next time but the gravy in the steak and ale pie that I had was great.

No wait. Good selection of Ale. You need to preorder for the Christmas pies. Pies they had were a good selection and really very tasty.

Had the Sunday roast, nice but a little disappointing. The toilets and decor could do with some TLC. Staff lovely, a real credit to the place.

We visited Pie & Ale as a mixed age group of women (from 26 to 65) and all left delighted with our experience. The food was fantastic, the drinks were very nice and the atmosphere was great. There was really something to everyone, and great to see 3 vegan options on the menu! Very attentive staff who were only to happy to cater to our every need. We will definitely return!

Great food and beer, well priced with good service. Rabbit pie was excellent, as was the mash and mushy peas. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

The flavours are brilliant, have been here many times and always appreciate the quality of the ingredients, definitely too much pastry; making the price a little steep. Waiting time always 40-50 mins so time for a few ales. Not a comfy environment, always cold and noisy but it's part of the English/pub experience.

it's seriously tasty pie & ale – what's not to like? I'd also recommend the dirty mash. Really friendly staff, efficient and well worth visiting, especially when it's cold

Good selection of pies. Our party of 4 were all vegetarian and all found a pie we enjoyed. The only puddings were pastry based as well. Would have been nice but we'd had enough pastry. Staff were friendly. I would recommend it.

My party of 6 had a table booked for 7pm. The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign but once our order was taken it took an hour for the food to arrive ! We also had to keep asking for someone to take more drinks orders as no one came to the table ! The food was great when it arrived just a shame the service wasn’t up to scratch

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place got a wee bit noisy occasionally and the food took a while to arrive but neither of these things ruined a very fine meal and a nice evening.

Pie was not made fresh and took a chain saw to cut it, although inside the pie was really nice. Would not not go back.

everything was great, just a bit cold and draughty, as we were sat in front of on of the doors. Maybe you old need to use one door on cold days?

Staff were lovely, food wasn't quick coming out but was very good. Enjoyed our meal their a lot. If anything could be improved I would say choice of desserts (only 1 choice). But otherwise no complaints :) Good vegan options too.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the meal came out cold the 1st time after we had waited 30 mins then another 20 mins later for it to be rectified... it was still not as hot as it should have been. The pie (I had venison and Stilton my husband had steak and yippee pie ale) was really good but the mash and gravy lukewarm. I was looking forward to this evening out so I felt a bit disappointed. Staff were apologetic and quite rushed off their feet. They were very busy with an NFL game so I will try again, hopefully they won’t be as busy and the meal won’t be cold.

Ottima esperienza presso Pie & Ale. Ci sono ritornata a distanza di un anno perché mi sono trovata molto bene. Ottimi Pie e scelta di birre. Locale molto accogliente
