Lovely afternoon tea, great service and environment at the restuarant

I have been going to praza I while now and the food always excellent I bought my work colleagues and enjoyed it that much we will be back again

I booked Indian tea at Praza on Sunday and made online. However, upon arrival I was told that I also needed to pre-order food and pay online, which had not been made clear. The experience was very disappointing and left me dissatisfied.

Always looked after , food great as always, perfect atmosphere for eating and chatting

Didn’t enjoy the food. The bread for the chicken sandwich was dry and not well presented. Also the tea selections were limited. Surprised u didn’t offer other teas from India like Assam or Darjeeling. The masala tea didn’t taste fresh and tasted like it’s been reheated several times. The samosas and spring rolls weren’t good either. We’ve had better from Indian sweet centres in Smethwick. Seating for two was bad. Why have too very low chairs on a table then which feels too high. Not happy with seating

There was 11 of us and Praza catered for us so well. They even provide us with a private function room. Service and food is always on point. Thank you so much Praza team. See you again soon 🙏

It was a nice quiet meal, waiter was good, not too impressed with the food - very creamy dishes. Quite pricey and we were not able to use Tastecard discount for up to 5 adults, because we had a table of 7 guests (5 adults and 2 children). So this meal ended up costing us a lot more than we were expecting. Other restaurants provide discount for up to the maximum allowed diners (i.e. 6 people). This restaurant just refused to do this and we ended up paying the full bill. Not pleased.

The service at Praza was exemplary but some of the food we ordered was average ..the seating arrangement was also bad..For a first the table was situated next to the main door which we have never ever seen ..the problem is..there is a huge window next to where we sat and it was a sunny afternoon ..so you cam imagine how hot it was Next, the table was way higher than the sofa chairs which we were sitting on .It felt really awkward and uncomfortable. Then the food, we ordered : the mixed veg platter ..the quantity was less considering the price of £15.The paneer was dry. For main we ordered paneer makhanwala was not good at all. The gravy was basically sour tomato paste and like 4 or 5 paneer pieces. The Mushroom corn curry was decent ..the mushroom and corn was good but again sour gravy.The lachcha parantha and roti were spot on and so was the basic jeera rice. For drink we had cucumber mango mocktail..again 3/4 was just crushed ice and barely any liquid given in small quantity,a small copper glass.

One of our best Indians by far. Always hot food and great service. Highly recommend

This was our first visit to praza, there were only both of us and another people no atmosphere surprised to see not busy on a thur evening. Quick service we were in and out within the hour. The food was nothing special could have been better, the naan was not as normally had elsewhere, was thin hard and overdone. The chana masala was average. Not sure whether we will return.

Food was okay, blander than I am use to, service was a little stretched and had to wait a little when it can to desert, the service charge on the bill is steep and find it difficult to ask to remove, just because.

Food was excellent and the service was quick and friendly . However once we had eaten we would have liked a cocktail but the only staff member who was serving was not around so we left earlier than we would have liked to

The food use to be absolutely delicious the quality the taste of food has dropped down completely we got Too much extra added spice I could not eat food unfriendliness from staff and no skills how to speak to customers I guess they need some PR skills and way of respecting customers and not taking them for granted

The food was lovely, as usual, but the service was average and the background music was far too loud, so we had almost to shout to hear each other. It was turned down a bit after our request, but it was still unnecessarily loud.

We experienced an exceptional service at our Praza Indian afternoon tea. Staff were polite, respectful and friendly. Very helpful too. All the street food items, toasties, paneer rolls and sweets were delicious . Thank you.

Amazing food. Staff were attentive Had to make up my own doggy bag. Toliets could do with a link of paint. Will love to go back again.

First time trying this restaurant but not the last, the restaurant is nice and the staff friendly and the food is really tasty which is the main factor. I will be back to try some other dishes that caught my eye.
