The service was slow - we had the food arrive before the drinks. Refilling of drinks took way too long. One waiter for the whole restaurant with another guy who was behind the bar. Music being played was more appropriate for a night club and not an afternoon tea, never mind an Indian afternoon tea! The food for the afternoon tea was decent but the whole visit was let down by service. Personally I would not recommend going back for afternoon tea.

Great food, but there was a family with crying babies and children. Afternoon tea is not really a child friendly event, personally I think the restaurant should’ve asked the family to quieten the children down. Even when I said something and the men of the family started swearing at me the restaurant didn’t step in. Afternoon ruined total waste of £134, which included the service charge

Four of us had dinner. We shared several dishes starting with an appetizer assortment. Every dish was exceptional. The flavors were outstanding.

First impression was “very fancy” but we felt very welcome when we entered. We liked the furnishings, very modern and stylish. It’s not as overloaded as you usually know it from Indian restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And most important the food was delicious! I’d very recommend this place. Anytime again...

I organised afternoon tea for my best friend and we are both pregnant so we thought we would celebrate. I absolutely love pushkar but praza was terrible. Service first of all was terrible. My friend had to ask for her coat to be taken. When we where seated the waiter seemed like he was in such a rush to escape. They only had one pot of decaf tea left which is just poor stocking and when we explained to the waiter we couldn't eat any if the sweet menu as it was rubbery dry and tasteless he explained it's because it's egg free which is a poor excuse. I have had plenty of efffree desserts and loved them. Even though we had not eaten a single sweet he did not offer to replace them or give us money off the bill. I would not eat here again. Plenty of egg free dessert afternoon tea options like zindiya who can deliver l.

Lipstick on the glass. They offered papdum as soon as we sat down not realising that it was chargeable. Said something to us about Valentines when I’m fact I had taken my daughter for a meal. Other than that food was 10/10 and it was a nice place.

We had a lovely curry at Praza. The food was it’s usual very high standard. Service was quick and the waiter extremely courteous. We had two for one on main courses as it was mid- week. Having a car park at the rear is always a bonus too.

The food was great and the service was exceptional. We did not have to wait long for our order to be taken. I definately recommend this place and I will be going back soon!
