Great food and service as usual. Is a bit pricey but worth it. A treat worth paying for. Always enjoy the cocktail desert but wierd popadoms.

Fabulous service, really helpful and made you feel like special guests, great food and brilliant cocktails. Only thing letting the restaurant down is the toilets, which look like public toilet block and about as clean!

The food was amazing. I had the lamb saagwala and my friends had the tikka masala and the chicken korma. They were all super yummy. The cocktails were delicious. The service was great.

Unfortunately this visit wasn't up to Pushkars normal standard. The food was as fab as ever but unfortunately the service let it down, it certainly didn't deserve the £30+ service charge that was added to the bill as a party of 6. Our starters arrived super quick in fact whilst the waiter was taking our main course order & retrieving the menu's, very unorganised & meant we were giving our orders whilst the starters were in front of us going cold. We then waited over an hour for our main courses to arrive. The waiter did at one point apologise & told us they would be another 5mins, 40 mins later they arrived with one of the breads we'd ordered missing. We decided as it was getting late & had to work the next day to skip desert & go straight to coffee. I brought to the waiters attention mine had cinnamon on top when it was advertised as chocolate to which I was told they sometimes change things for artistic flair??! NO ..... I did not order artistic flair, nor Cinnamon! I can't stand it & was given a marshmallow to get rid of the taste ..... not really good enough it should have been replaced or taken off the bill! Such a shame as normally I can't fault it, maybe Saturday nights are best avoided!

Great gastronomic experience with excellent customer service and good ambience. Atmosphere was nice. Good choice of non-alcoholic drinks. Vegetarian starter choices were plenty. Didn't get to try dessert as full with first 2 course's

The standard of the food is absolutely top quality. It's delicious and fresh. The staff are wonderful and give great quality service and very knowledgeable on the menu. We had several cocktails all of which were expertly made. Usually after the main course dessert can be a bit of a disappointment. At Pushkars the desert is every bit as good as everything else. You get what you pay for and what we got was possibly the best food I have eaten in any Birmingham restaurant. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Enjoyed a lovely Kerala fish curry as part of their south Indian curry festival. It was wonderfully spiced with delicious fish that was cooked to perfection.

Absolutely fantastic, my freind and I are pretty serious about our curries and have travelled throughout the sub continent, the food was sensational. Staff were excellent too, their knowledge of the dishes and advice was spot on.

We booked to celebrate our anniversary. There was a wide selection of dishes to choose from, what we ordered was wonderful and tasty. service could not be faulted and the atmosphere was relaxed. Definitely recommended.

Excellent food and service. Friendly and very attentive staff. When our waiter found out that we were at the restaurant for a special occasion, he brought a small cake to our table on a plate with the word 'Congratulation' written on it in chocolate at end of our meal. A great touch.

Best individual main Indian meal I've experienced in 25 years. It's not a cheap venue but there again you pay for what you get. Excellent service. Highly, highly recommended.

Bizarrely the restaurant wasn't sure whether they had a table for us as I hadn't confirmed via phone. This was despite email confirmation through Quandoo. Please check before travelling.

Really great Food and friendly service. The food is excellent and very well presented. We visited on a busy Saturday evening, but the service was quick and friendly - I would recommend going here if you want a great curry in a great atmosphere.

The overall experience was good with nice ambience. The taste of food could have been made more Indian. They were made using a bit more British-Indian recipe.

Excellent cocktails and service. Food was well presented and tasty. A cut above the standard balti! They are a bit keen to top up wine glasses and 12.5% service charge was automatically charged even though only 5 of us.

Ok, but not great! Went on a Saturday night very busy, 3 attempts to get our drinks order right. Good food and menu but expensive, £60 per head for a curry!!

Unfortunately when we arrived there was no record of our booking. But by the time we had a drink at the bar a table was arranged for us. We are return visitors and the food is always fantastic - it was worth the wait!

Food very tasty and nice environment - very poor service versus what I was expecting (the waiters seems not aware of high standard service - for a imposed tips % included in bill, they should do much much better. I went for a special occasion (first time) and have been disappointed. It's good for regular occasions - I will go there again for food.

Best Indian meal in 30 years. Quality, attentitive service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Highly, highly recommended. Wish they had a restaurant in Hull.
