Fantastic staff and the best Indian food I have ever eaten.
Very nice restaurant, excellent choice of dishes including lots of vegetarian and vegan. Good service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend.
first we felt a little neglected, but towards main course it was just marvelous
Great service, beautiful food and very friendly staff. Great value for money
Really enjoyed our meal at Pushkar. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our chicken curries were delicious with a good depth of flavour. Will be back if we find ourselves in Birmingham again!
Amazing food Great experience Staff is friendly Love the atmosphere
Service was slow, the bus boy was rude when I asked him where one of our dishes was.
Excellent service and great atmosphere and food had a great time .
Started off well then took 20 minutes to clear main after we had finished eating . We may have had a dessert and more drinks but at that point we were fed up of waiting and wanted the bill . We had high expectations for the food and it was average
Great food and efficient service from friendly staff. Will definitely return :)
Some of the best Indian food I have ever eaten
Attitute of staff let the evening done especially as we spent best part of £500 in the restaurant but felt staff didnt want to be there food wasnt served with any feeling at all will mot return
An early evening meal, excellent food and brilliant helpful service
Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing atmosphere, thanks so much for a wonderful evening
The service is always good and the food you can never fault in my opinion the best Indian Restaurant in Birmingham
Waited for over an hour even after making a reservation. Left hungry without a table finally. The only thing we did was guzzle beer after beer till our heads exploded.
Food was nice but over-priced. I’m never happy when service charge is added on automatically.
2nd visit in a week which sums up how much we like Pushkar. Sad we don't live nearer but always a special treat when we are in town
Great food and drinks worth a visit for a nice evening out
Best Authentic Indian Food , I ever had in the UK
Great food, great service and excellent value for money. I could not fault the meal at all.
Great Indian food with a twist. Elegant surroundings and good service but it did seem that the manager/head waiter did all the work and the rest of the waiting staff seemed a bit mis-directional, but quite helpful. Once seated with the menu it would have been good if someone had come to take a drink order. Instead we had to chase for one
We looked forward to dining at Pushkar as we enjoyed our previous visits. Unfortunately on this occasion the service was very slow. Our starters came up timely but after waiting an hour a waiter came up and asked if we enjoyed our meal. When we said we were still waiting for our main course. He looked surprised surprised and said they were busy. We waited another 20 minutes and the meal was below their usual high standards. We did appreciate that the restaurant was busy but our main course was clearly fogotten. In all a somewhat disappointing visit.
We had a very enjoyable meal. Excellent food and great service.
Excellent as always, very busy but not rushed, great staff
Great meal in excellent surroundings. Lamb was superb and cobra always good
The food was honestly amazing!!! The service was just as great!! I asked them for a piece of cake as it was my partners birthday and they brought it out nicely with a candle. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend.
Great food and staff. Very busy as Ashes cricket match on. Table 30 minutes late. Rushed ordering but we still really enjoyed it.
Very nice food, well presented, on the pricey side, but worth it for a special occasion. Good central location in B'ham city centre.
Very professional and food was amazing. High quality and outstanding standards.
Simply amazing , Sadiq was an awesome host. The food was great
Michelin star quality Indian fine dining, exceptional, exciting and attentive as well as great customer service! The food was beautifully arranged and presented, every bite was an extraordinary taste experience, the menu read like a modern and adventurous story. From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left, we felt well looked after and catered for. This is not for someone who is looking for stereotypical Indian Korma or Vindaloo, but for customers who want a taste sensation and modern Indian food experience. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to!!! Can only highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!!
Attentive and polite staff, food was very good, restaurant was clean, would recommend
Great customer service, would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family
The food was outstanding and they catered for vegans too. We all enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it as an excellent place on Broad Street.
Excellent food and service. This restaurant serves fine Indian cuisine well above your standard fare at a premium but fair price.
Food amazing as always. Good atmosphere and service. Would recommend
Really bad service. They like headless chicken. Food was average but decor was nice. Not s proffessional waitering service. Staff dont have a book to write orders and memorise only!!!! Really?? Oh and over priced heavily
excellent food and good atmosphere with great service. I would recommend every time.
Service and food top notch, cocktails fantastic , good atmosphere
My second visit and can’t wait for the third. Food quality and price are spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed the scallops for starters and then the fish curry. I’m a committed meat eater but always enjoy the fish dishes here. Fabulous place!
Another lovely meal at Pushkar with great service and very helpful staff.
One of the worst experience. No one cared for us. Whatever is the quality of food, I never had such a bad experience in any restaurant before. If you are coming to Birmingham, avoid going to Pushkar for meals...
Overall a very pleasant visit. Tasty food and excellent service. The only thing that could be a little better was bigger portions.
Good food and managed busy times well on Saturday eve
I had the North Indian Fish and it was exquisite. The main and side were beautiful. Price is a little bit dear but there are mains ranging from around £9 for vegetarian dishes to £19 for seafood. So there are dishes to suit all wallets.
Good food but brought wrong dishes. Waived service charge. May come back.
Everything was excellent ! Very helpful staff ! Thank you !!
Lovely restaurant with amazing food and drinks. Definitely worth a trip!
Great food and atmosphere. Will definitely return soon. The Jalfrezi was to die for.
