Meal was very good plenty to eat, cocktails 2for1 too. Had a lovely evening and would go back

Delicious, high quality steaks and chips. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The only downside was the coffee liquors couldn't taste much whiskey and the coffee was cold did not complain as it was our 34th Anniversary and we had a good night

Disappointing, Service was slow, waitress never around when when required (only 3 tables filled) Only appeared to serve food. Never appeared during main course to ask if meals were ok which they were not so could no mention issues with food, service or even get glass of water. Worst meal ever here ribs were very dry,

Excellent service again from the staff at Rancho in Fareham. The food was really tasty and well presented, staff were really friendly and attentive. Will be back again in the near future.

Food and service were excellent. Just felt it became a little too noisy as the evening wore on but accept it was a Saturday night

The food was amazing - all you can eat ribs. We were seated straight away and served rather quickly. The bottle of red wine was excellent as well. The only thing I would say is that as soon is it got a little busy we were forgotten about.. they seemed to be rather understaffed for a Wednesday night. People were served twice before we even got seen to. In the end we had waited over 20mins after asking for the bill that we just got up and went to the bar to pay. All in all a good experience but could have been better.

Best restaurant in Fareham :). Food was excellent, service was pleasant and professional. Gaish made my partner a cocktail not even on the menu which was really appreciated. We will definitely be going back.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Food was enjoyed by all, friendly staff and attentive where allergies were concerned. Only negative was the music was more suited to a nightclub than a restaurant and was difficult to hear each other at times but nothing that will stop us returning very soon!

Sadly despite requesting no children high chairs only booster seats, and no baby changing facilities hence we had to us e the restaurant nex door. As a family friendly place these facilities should be available.

Good value for money, would visit again but on a quieter night

Large open plan restaurant but a large group of 20 plus, fuelled by alcohol meant that no matter how good the food was we were never going to enjoy as conversation totally impossible. Difficult to regulate, I know but next time I visit will check for a large group and if necessary make my excuses and leave

The server was wondering around with his coat and scarf still on. When taking our order he just came to the table and looked at us saying nothing, which was uncomfortable. I think overall he just seemed mentally elsewhere and wanted to hurry us along. Didn’t get anything wrong and got the job done but overall quite an unusual experience.

It was nice and good service. Food was good . Steak a not quite what was ordered but we don’t complain Cocktails were good

Excellent meal, from starter, mains and desserts full of flavour, freshly cooked and hot. Staff really friendly and nice.

Very noisy. Steak very inconsistent in terms of cooking. All 4 of us asked for medium rare and they varied between medium/well done to rare. One order was wrong and had to be replaced. Staff not as attentive as usual. We go to Ranchos 4 to 5 times a year and this is the first time we’ve not really enjoyed it. May try and look for another local steak restaurant for our next birthday celebration

You can never go wrong with a, all you can eat rib night at Rancho! Food is great, tasty and amazing. Wait times can be a bit long at times but the food and service from staff makes up for that. Easily one of my best places to eat.
