Lovely place, great staff and food but it’s too warm and needs the air con on

Friendly staff. Good service and delicious food. Ladies toilets were a bit shabby and could do with a spruce up. Other than that, all good.

Table ready for us on arrival. Friendly staff attentive at the right times. Did not intrude whilst we were eating our different courses

Four long time friends who meet up every 4 weeks. So it is important to us that we enjoy out time together. The Richmond was recommended to me by a work colleague and we will certainly be recommending it to others. We had a great time. Thanks to all the staff at the Rivhmond.

Food is always amazing however the service is far too fast / trying to get you to order your meal When you’ve been sat down for exactly 3 minutes - within that time spoke to 4 members of staff for drink and order. Need to take their time and let people relax. Plus looked like a new Starts first night and every time he did something wrong he was chastised in front of everyone- better care of staff required. However, as I said food was amazing
