Gorgeous restaurant, amazing and friendly staff, that are always ready to help. The food looked and tasted incredible. We also brought our 10 month old son, and they were so accommodating and kept coming over to help us with him. Felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend to anyone! As we will be back again!

Disappointed as the first time we had eaten there the food was spot on. The service last night was mediocre, we weren't asked if everything was OK, so left sitting for 10 minutes before we could ask for some cutlery, the waitress had no personality hardly cracked a smile. The food was just OK, there was hardly any duck in the shredded duck dish, the satay sauce wasnt very nice, the chilli beef was bland - and I was sick in the early hours of the morning!!!

It was quite quiet in the restaurant, but the food was very nice. It was the second time we’ve come and there is a very nice selection of sushi. The only thing I would change if I could would be the desert menu being a little bit cheaper. Other than that, it was delicious.

Nice environment/Décor, pleasant and helpful waiting staff. The food was okay in quantity but lacked any real flavour.

Early Mothers Day treat. Food was amazing and presentation was even better. Staff were courteous and kind. Cocktails were great. Can't say anything bad. We had a great afternoon.

A young, blond girl with face piercings took the gloss off what would have been an exceptional evening. She did not even say hello, was short with us and worse, took away my plate quickly without even asking if I had finished. I hadn't! Also heard her complaining about other customers with us in earshot. So stupid. How difficult is it to make sure staff are trained in basic customer service and communication. These days it's a common problem with young restaurant staff. Everything else and everyone else was top drawer, so a shame.

Roku was full for Saturday lunch service. And deservedly so; wonderful flavours and great service.

Spent a long time waiting for my dishes, whilst husband ate his. Needs more coordination in the kitchen to get at least a dish per person out at the same time.

The food was all delicious, extremely well prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were delightful, friendly and very efficient. We would have preferred if the Sashimi was in more bite size chunks with appropriate condiments like wasabi, soy sauce. We will definitely be visiting again!!! Thank you.

Our first visit and we'll be back. All the waiting staff were friendly and informative,the food was excellent - just a very good meal in nice surroundings.

We were greeted by a lovely girl who showed us to our seats then I’m afraid, it all went downhill from there, we were informed that the menu had changed and had now gone ‘Tapas style’ (we try to avoid Tapas as we find it the biggest cop out when it comes to dining) The dishes weren’t cooked well at all, the Pork Belly was dry, the Calamari was overcooked in a thick, greasy batter as opposed to Tempura which you used to get when the restaurant was Ogino and I had to ask for cutlery to eat the tough, stringy bok choy as it was impossible to bite through it, everything arrived staggered so despite having to chew the pork for an age, I was almost finished with the meat dish before any of the sides arrived. We were sorely disappointed as when this place was Ogino, it was our favourite restaurant, everything was a real feast for the eyes, the attention to detail made it feel very special and everything we ever ate there was beautifully presented and an absolute taste sensation! Unfortunately, we will remember eating at Roku last night for all the wrong reasons.

We had the tasting menu, omg it was amazing! So so tasty and so much food. We were both absolutely stuffed by the end. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We were a party of 6. The welcome and service was very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and nicely presented. The food came as it was ready which did mean that sometimes there were gaps for some people while they waited for food. We love coming here though so we can cope with that!

Really nice sushi and beautiful sashimi served on ice with a beautiful presentations. The open kitchen panel upstairs lets you watch the professionals make the sushi from scratch which is wonderful to watch the art-form. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you
