Superb food and great value for money... will definitely be back

I consistently return to Roku Japanese Restaurant. The food and staff service are exceptional. I am a great admirer of Japanese cuisine.

Really nice sushi and beautiful sashimi served on ice with a beautiful presentations. The open kitchen panel upstairs lets you watch the professionals make the sushi from scratch which is wonderful to watch the art-form. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you

Another great meal. Again staff were lovely and very helpful. One of the diners was gluten free and they provided a list of gluten free options.

Every aspect of this place is outstanding. The food is better than most of that which we ate in Japan on a visit a couple of years ago and the service cannot be surpassed for genuine professionalism and friendliness.

We knew nothing about the food at Roku but decided to have a try. Naeve, our waitress was wonderful at guiding us through the menu. We had a great evening, enjoyed the food and the excellent service.

Went for lunch on Thursday for a catch-up with an old friend. At the time it was not busy, so very quiet and easy to chat. We had a lovely booth, and the waiter was very helpful in explaining to us novices about the food and how the menu worked. We decided to go for the 3-dish lunch menu which was very good, and quite different. We ate it all but I would have the 2-dish next time, as there was ample. I particulalry enjoyed the Korean Beef with Glass Noodles. I enjoyed the whole thing that I shall return with my wife.
