My last visit to San Giovannis was exactly like all my others, Really nice welcome when we arrived, a really lovely atmosphere, and ofcourse excellent food. Looking forward to my next visit this coming Friday Pete Williams

great food, really nice friendly staff, good value, it is quite a big restaurant so it can get a bit noisy but overall I love the place

As usual my last visit last Friday to San Giovannis proved to be another lovely meal in lovely surroundings. I find it very difficult to go anywhere else at the moment as all aspects of my night at San Giovannis are all excellent. 10 out of 10 from both myself and my girl friend.

The food was lovely but the service was poor, very slow and the girl taking drink orders did not even understand english very well.Portion sizes where a bit small I don't think i would revisit

Very decent family meal, unfortunately didn’t have my first choice in the menu in stock, but overall i would highly recommend.

A regular venue for us which unfortunately due to ill health we have been unable to frequent this year. It was like we had never been away and the quality of food and service was excellent.

Absolutely shocking...booked table for 2 online advising elderly lady...my mothers 82nd birthday treat. No table available and left standing waiting for people to finish. I walked out and went to the Otalian Job where it was mich less crowded and less noisybut twice as busy because they dont try and ram people in and care about their patrons comfort and experience ! San Giovanis is crap !!

Have been going in there fortnightly for about a year now. My partner and I absolutely love everything about San Giovannis. As a regular when we walk in we are instantly recognised and made to feel very welcome. Excellent service and food what more can I say. Really looking forward to my next visit.

Food was lovely, service great staff very friendly definitely recommend.

Been a few times in the past because it was always good and my favourite Italian. Decided to book for lunch in Sunday and wish I hadn’t. They must have changed the chef because the garlic prawns( had many times in the past) where cold and wasn’t even nicely presented. They looked liked they’d been standing around for a while. The sea bass for my main was over cooked and came with very little sauce unlike when iv had it before. Also the service was terrible. Very bad experience. My days coming to this what used to be a good restaurant are over. Shame on you
