Great food and service except one meal. Fish was raw but we enjoyed the evening and did not let this spoil things. Restaurant were very polite and tried to rectify the situation.

Have been going to this restaurant for approximately 7 months fortnightly, and have not yet experienced anything that in my opinion was not excellent. The staff have always been very helpful, and the food is excellent also. One thing I do like in particular is the fact, that if its someone's birthday all the staff join round the table to sing happy birthday to the customer. It's a really nice touch.

Evetything as usual was excellent. I noticed as I was being shown to my table I had forgotten to bring any means of settling my bill after dining. I was about to return home to get my wallet but was told it wasn't necessary as they trusted me ,and said I could settle my bill next time I came in. These days acts of kindness like this are very rare indeed.

Can’t fault the food, but when visiting as a couple and you are put next to two big tables of noisy people it kinda spoils the atmosphere....

I don't give top Mark's as I like to say there has to be room for improvement. As I keep going back most weeks I am obviously very satisfied with everything at San Giovani. I'm not sure how things can improve, but at least I have left some room for a little. Regards Pete Williams

This was a pre birthday meal with our daughter. We have been before and as previous times a great time.

Staff were excellent, very friendly & welcoming. The food was gorgeous, one of us had see bass and the other had steak, both cooked to perfection, didn’t want the meal to end.

Love this restaurant, great food, we had a great time for my friends birthday

Food was delicious. We were a group of 6 adults and 2children. Children and 5 adults served promptly but 1 adult meal was slightly delayed and served together with the veg for the steaks served first! Not the worst that could have happened on a busy night. Overall a great night, our waiter was attentive and on the ball. We will be back.
