Saphari restaurant

The restaurant was recommended by my son's friend and we travelled from Leicester to mark my son's birthday there. It was miles better than we expected, great atmosphere, very clean, a lot if variety and every dish i ate was delicious.

Man at the front desk was very rude ! Took over half an hour for drinks to come & when asked for the 3rd time we was told "well bring them when there ready" then made to pay 1st when we dont know how many drinks we wanted etc & other people was paying after there meals etc !! Wont be going back

Food Luke warm. Very limited on Lunch times. It was ok but probably would not go again. Staff very polite.

Visited for my daughters 12th birthday as a treat. It's a bit pricey for particular for children of that age as she exceeded the height threshold so we didn't qualify for the child process which would have been a bit more reasonable for what she ate (the usual, nuggets, pizza, chips). The atmosphere was really great, service on clearing plates was also really good. The food was a little slow on being replenished at times but the management spotted this & bought piping hot dishes over to our table so good service there. Good food choices - would possibly go back but not quite yet given the price.

The food wasn't refilled even when asking a staff member, the orange and coconut cake was raw in the middle.

We went there yesterday again and food was not as hot as usually also the choice of dishes was much smaller, although food was delicious! Staff very attentive.

Lovely dining experience! Food was tasty, staff were friendly and the ambiance was cozy. Will definitely be back!

Super atmosphere lovely clean place. Food was perfect for us with great variety. Waiters were very quick and the manager rustled up a cake when he knew it was our 44th wedding anniversary. Excellent service.

Food wasn’t great cold at times and didn’t have a massive selection but I guess that’s about right during the day.

We were greeted really politely, and the food was amazing- yes there was noise but we didnt mind as everyone was just enjoying their time.

Staff was great especially male staff. We ordered drinks from a lady and we spent 20mins with no drinks until a male staff came along, within 2 minutes, we had our drinks. Food was out of this world. The variety is top class. I definitely recommend the restaurant 👌

It’s always a busy restaurant but we were seated within our time booked. They were quick to clear our plates and the food was tasty as always So much choice for all our party, everyone found something they liked!

Had a lovely visit today (12th Oct) went at 1pm family of 3. Wasn’t to busy, so nice to walk round and pick your food without manovering round people. Food Great as always

great restaurant with great service. I'm not sure why the increase for weekend bookings as the food is the same

Just wish they would put up some gentle reminder signs for people not to waste food, such as ' Please take what you want, but do not waste'

Requested not to sit where our table was as there was a group of about 25 people there and it was next to the toilets. This large crowds had about 10 kids with them and they were throwing food, climbing on seats. The manager who seated us said there was no other table in the restaurant for us and advised we’d have to sit there. Every time we left our table to get food we’d get back and our chairs were gone kids were stamping on our coats. After feeding this back to the manager he was unapologetic and said there’s nothing he can do as can’t control other customers. He refused to refund us partial payment and didn’t once show any sympathy or concern for what we was telling him. It was a disgrace in Saphari and we travelled from over an hour away to get to Saphari.

Busy Saturday night always a better day to visit, plenty fresh food

It was value for money, a huge choice of food, my only criticism is the food was warm and not hot, but the flavours was good and the oxtail the best of them all

I have booked a table for 9:30 PM, I know it's near to closing time so every dish was missing from the buffet so it's like we should ask them to fill up. I agree staffs are responsive but it's not good to request just get me the empty one and all
