Dined at half 8 and there barely any food out or left left with in a hour

Very pleased all staff fretted and were very friendly checking everything going well, food was delicious and fresh and large variety of options to try. Reasonable priced and will be visiting again.

The food was bad, it's not good like it used to be you discriminated against children because of their height you have to pay adult prices but they are a child also they fed my mom fish which she is allergic to and the food was just not it.

Unfortunately the food was awful, asked for steaks and lamb chops to be cooked and they were cremated each time. Rices were all mushy, starters inedible and we were there for 5pm so everything should have been fresh as they’d just opened for dinner. Have been to this buffet many times and it has gone downhill terribly and we will not be back again.

It was very good as usual, the only things that let it down a little is the way people park without any consideration for anyone else (not really Saphari fault) and also it may benefit putting another member of staff on the ice cream and crepe stand, that gets quite busy.

Overall nice atmosphere as it was quite quiet. There was not a great deal for vegetarians and several of the vegetarian dishes had ran out

The food was cold and service was slow especially trying to get staff attention even though they were not that busy. I was jus disappointed as we always go there every year fory kids grandma birthday but this time the experience was rubbish the only thing that was nice was the ice-cream. I guess they couldn't get that wrong. I was not happy with overall food at especially after payment of £130 for my group

Only had 45 minutes to eat whilst supposedly 1 hour 45 not told this until after we paid full price. No food left in dishes and lights being turned off whilat we were still eating. Cleaning floors around our feet. And 50 pounds charged shouldnt be allowed to book after half 8 as youd dont get the full time. Wont be returning there

Their wasn’t many vegan options available despite the online reviews saying their was some.

Food was amazing. Staff are amazing. The whole experience was amazing. We have been there lots of times and when visiting the area we never use anywhere else.

Our only gripe is paying full price for a little girl who can only manage two plates of savoury and two desert. Everything else is superb.

Whoever the lady is who oversees financial queries needs to be trained in customer service. She needs to learn how to diffuse a situation and not pour gasoline onto it. We paid our bill twice, which was entirely our fault. However rather than this being immediately referred to the appropriate person to resolve, i.e. the aforementioned lady, we had to explain the error four times to different people, presenting proof on three of those occasions. Anyone would be frustrated in that situation. But, rather than empathising the lady was super patronising and belittled me, almost as if we were lying and trying to bag a free meal. The system or processes need an immediate overhaul. Surely the bill against our table number would have shown as settled at the point at which the second payment was taken. In terms of the food it was OK. I had to wait for ages for naan whilst the chef filled up other things that were not even empty. The ice cream is devoid of any depth of flavour, just mass produced fodder, which to be honest is expected as they have to keep costs low and little kids who eat it mainly can't really tell the difference. The Oxtail was well cooked and the seafood mix was lovely and fresh tasting, even though I had to query something in it that looked like raw chicken but I was quickly reassured that it was cornflour [gloop] which was a relief.

Was not a great experience , the server put 5 of us on a 4 seater table , they also said they was charging my 10 & 11 year old children adult price of nearly £30 each unbelieveable

We had a Great first experience at Saphari Oldbury. All place is very clean. Rooms were nicely decorared and our party was taken from the entrance to the table. Staff lisened to our request of a quiter table. Food was tasty anf warm. All of us enjoyed anx will recommend to everybody.

If you’re thinking about going to Saphari, stop thinking and just GO. This place was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful I started wondering if they were secretly trained in mind reading — every time I needed something, they were already there. The food? Incredible. Endless variety, everything tasted fantastic, and I’m pretty sure I ate things I can’t even pronounce but would happily eat again. And the desserts… wow. I went from “I’m full” to “I’ll just try one” to “someone roll me out of here.” Bottomless drinks paired with endless food is a dangerous combination, but also one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. What a night. What a feast. What a struggle to button my jeans afterwards. Would 100% go again.

Food wasn’t very nice, the curries were watery, the Caribbean food was not edible. All meats were very dry and chewy. Really disappointed and will not be returning again during the week days. To top it off, 3 out of 9 of us have food poisoning

The staff was so welcoming as it was our first time, they were very helpful, atmosphere was great the food was really good and very clean. We will definitely be going back there
