Saphari restaurant

Arrived at 21:30 and it literally look like just scraps were left behind. I was advised that we would only have an hour to eat even though the website said 23:00 anyhow we decided to go elsewhere. My question is why allow customers to book when there's only scraps left?

Poor service, as a single parent with young child was difficult going to get food when they take plates away every time before even eaten- no syrups for pancakes, choc fountain was cold, couldn’t keep up with chips refill etc

I love this place, but they need to put back the crunchy shrimps

I think they had a problem with the drainage in the toilets and the whole restaurant smelt terribly.

Food was horrendous all cold! Rubbish quality! Both myself and my partner have felt sick since eating! Would not recommend or go back if we were on death doors!!

It was my husband's birthday and we took some family and friends over. The staffs were so kind and friendly, they even brought a cake and sang for my husband. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you 😊

Very bad smell as soon as u walk in and the smell just did not go away . Food options was ok . It was dear for what it was very poor

Was so up set booked to day earlier, explained that I can not carry food far due to strokes . Asked for a table close to food, I was told no table by the manager. He tried to stick us at the back up a wall. I refused and just by chance a table came free at front off restaurant but he had already mad me up set he said that was on line and it’s does not work in restaurants, what a waist off time booking. So one ruined night could not relax thank you

I was just disappointed with the amount of fresh food and how long had to wait for food to come out. But the food is very nice overall

Even though it was a Saturday night we got seated quickly by friendly staff. In our party there was some serious eaters and a vegan and we were all satisfied! Food was fresh, varied and plentiful and the chicken tikka was awesome 👍

Asked for payment while we were eating. I do not mind if you have a policy but take payment before seating your guests and asking for food when you are eating. Can be off putting a cause confusion which it did for some of the guests.

Amazing food, amazing taste and quality. Very clean unlike a lot of buffets. Amazing experience every time we have been.

There was hardly any fruit as a dessert. Little disappointed.

Went with my two young children today. Was happy with the food but because I went for lunch there was certain things missing eg pasta & chocolate fountain which my kids didn’t like :( could have smelt a bit better in the restaurant too but was happy apart from that and lots of variety

There was one thing that was a bit of a negative tonight. there seems to be new staff maybe, but before you even finished your food, they were trying to take the plates away. I know they are trying to keep clean, but someone coming to the table literally every 5 mins and hovering waiting didn't feel comfortable. I still would let the put me off going, though!

All the food was excellent and very tasty. Friendly staff.

I have visited this resurant multiple times over 10 years. Food has declined slightly. Everything was just OK, nothing was really tasty. Food seemed to lack flavour. Was there for my 40th birthday, there was a strong smell coming from the toilets which could be smelled from the dining room, not very nice and was not addressed during our visit. Also, no one asked if our food was ok. Possibly wouldn't visit here again, there are better buffet places for the same price, with better quality food

Lovely food great staff the only negative thing I say is when you first enter there is a terrible smell like sewage not nice but we sat right over the back and you couldn't smell it other then that it was amazing and would highly recommend 😀
