This used to be a cute local restaurant with seasonal and local ingredients, interesting dishes and lovely atmosphere. At £80 for two (starter, main, wine), yesterday's meal was shocking: 4 boiled asparagus with no taste and a bit of hollandaise, a piece of turbot on its own in the plate - no presentation, nothing on the fish... Really guys? Left me very disappointed and I won't be going back. Good luck!

Lovely fresh and interesting dishes, as ever, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The choices could be slightly larger, ditto the portions, is my only complaint!

I have been to this restaurant several times - the food is invariably excellent and the service is good too. It's small (so booking is recommended) and it was very busy last night.

Amazingly delicious food - particularly loved the lardons on toast, but every dish (we all shared) was one to savour. Unpretentious, friendly, good price - just what we were looking for. Thankyou

We went on a Tuesday 'cheapsteak' night and the Wagyu steaks were amazing and great value at £20 each. Excellent wine list too. Highly recommended.

Nice relax atmosphere with a "village feel", friendly and professional service, good wine list and seasonal menu - add a 75 days rump steak with heritage tomatoes, perfectly cooked and great tasting vegs.

Excellent food using locally sourced ingredients. The ribeye steak was the best we have eaten. Service was friendly and very efficient with staff taking the time to answer our questions about the menu and the ingredients. One of our party even got a free lesson on how to use a waiters friend to uncork wine.

Our visit to Season Kitchen on 17th September, after the Park Theatre matinee, was a pleasurable experience. The restaurant is intimate, relaxed and friendly and the staff pleasantly efficient. We found the food excellent, particularly the pulled kid, and refreshingly different in some respects. On top of this you can gaze over the window box flowers on the passing street scene. We shall certainly return when attending the Park Theatre and, hopefully, at other times as well.

Great food and good service, but a little packed and noisy for me. They clearly need more space! Highly recommend the bread and some of the best chips in North London.

If you love steak, then you need to visit this lovely intimate restaurant in Finsbury Park. I opted for the flat iron steak, crinkle cut chips and braised peas and lettuce and it was cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was really warm and the staff were very welcoming. A good option for larger groups or just for two. I will definitely be going back soon!

All round excellent food. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the house wines were smooth and enjoyable. I had the whitebait to start with, which I hadn't had for some time and was delighted by the taste. The chocolate and rosemary dessert was out of this world according to my friend who had it - she's still swooning!

Our first visit to this resturant ,we were disappointed . My first course was baby squid which was tasteless I'm afraid to say no seasoning ie salt pepper even the chilli didn't have a kick. Our main course was very nice but wasn't advised to have sides with my dish which was needed . our bill came to over a £100 for two quite pricey for a local resturant.

The best Sunday lunch we have had. I would definitely recommend Season. I will definitely be back. The lamb was melt-in-your-mouth good, hey, and it actually tasted like lamb! Roast potatoes perfectly cooked, as were the other vegetables. The gravy was the perfect amount. And all was piping hot! Very pleased. Oh, and the service was also excellent. Well done, and thank you Season for taking your profession seriously.

Very friendly staff, they made changing the booking time easy. (We got there an hour later than planned and the hostess was incredibly helpful). My steak was perfectly cooked and handmade chips to die for! Definitely want to visit again soon.
