Every dish at Sorrento Restaurant is beautifully presented in a way that almost makes you not want to eat it through fear of making the plate look messy, but after the first bite, you’ll not be able to stop. The menu is laced with quality in the way of classic pasta dishes, risotto and gnocchi, then pizza and plenty of meat – the medallions of veal topped with Parma ham and finished with white wine and sage veloute are particularly good. Also a winner is the Scottish fillet steak sautéed in butter with green peppercorns, red wine brandy and cream, as well as any of the pizzas.
