Food here was so nice. Had starter, main and sides. All were so tasty and served prompt as well. Nice choice of cocktails and priced food for location as well. 1 starter, 2 mains, 2 sides, 1 pint beer and 2 cocktails £51.45

Ordered fillet steak and was nice and tender. Would certainly come again. Used meerkat meals two for one which made it really good value and handy for the king's theatre

Not bad in general, food is nice, drinks are good. Give it a try if you fancy, but not going to be my fav. place...

Friendly efficient service. Food exceptional value. There was a huge range of choices and being able to pre-select as we were a large party was advantageous.

Starters came quick, but we waited 40minutes for the starter plates to be taken away and then another wait for the main courses. When it arrived it was cold! Then once we had finished them another 30min wait for deserts which was the wrong order! Staff rushing about and not giving us a chance to get their attention which meant we had to keep saying “excuse me” quite loud so they would actually stop!! There was a lot of unhappy customers complaining about the wait they also had.

Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff who were very attentive! Meal was very well presented and delicious. Whole evening at Steak and Cherry was Excellent. Will be back!

A lovely restaurant. Food really nice. Good value and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Pre theatre menu had good choices. I had garlic prawns followed by seared tuna. Just enough for me. Hubby had bang bang chicken, then steak pie and his portions were massive.

Overall experience was quite nice The place itself wasn't very cosy. Looked too cheap in comparison with prices on the menu. Felt it was a bit overpriced. The table smelled as if it was cleaned with a dirty cloth before. The staff is super friendly and helpful though. The food is a good quality, I got bang bang chicken and a mushroom soup. My psrtner got a burger with chips and it was average. Portions were decent though

Fab food , terrific relaxed staff with personality - thoroughly enjoyable experience. Menu was very varied and very reasonably prices food and drinks . Thanks guys x

Both had the fillet steak which was cooked exactly as we asked. Delicious. We used the meerkat 2 for 1 deal, which was seamless and very good value. Will definitely return.

Food was amazing, had one of the best steaks I have had in a long time, the service was fantastic, great value for money especially the pre theatre menu.

Have been a few times foods lovely and so are the staff. They are very helpful and make you feel at ease . Had a lovely meal

Great food from the starters through to the coffee We had a range of meals calamari, ban bang chicken, mozzarella sticks hot wings all excellent, mains from Burgers to the porterhouse and they were served quickly Drinks again no complaints A great night out for the family

Good food and close to the kings theatre. Good service. We were there for a pre theatre lunch and it was lovely. Would definitely go there again and recommend to friends

Very quick service and food was good, although there could have been more beef in the stroganoff. Gin glasses would also be a good addition.

Had a lovely meal here from the pre-theatre menu - food was tasty, cocktails were fab and all served in plenty of time for us to get to the theatre! The staff were very attentive too - will happily return 😊

Wide variety on the menu, something for everyone. Big portion sizes and great food. Staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend

Food was absolutely delicious, the service was fab, very attentive, without being over the top and it’s very close to kings theatre , so great for a pre theatre dinner .

Staff was very welcoming, nothing was too much bother. Food was delicious again nothing was to much bother as my daughters has allergies and they accommodated her the only down side where we were sitting ever time the door opened we got a draft so you felt cold but other than that fantastic night, looking forward to returning in the near future

Meals were good and hot we all enjoyed what we had the bang bang chicken was excellent and you could not fault the steak pie and chips

Really enjoyed my food, everyone enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, and it's very well located. My only small complaint is the music was rubbish, I understand the country vibe, but maybe play some older country if that's what is meant to be achieved.

Booked for a party of 6. Arrived earlier than time table booked but were welcomed and table was ready. Very friendly staff. All food ordered was excellent and enjoyed by all of us. A couple of us ordered steaks which were cooked exactly as requested. Cocktails were also good. Thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Would definitely recommend.

Understaffed, had to ask for pre theatre menu as only given a la carte. Messed up starters only 4 arrived when 5 ordered. Waited a long time for missing starter. Food itself was very good but service not up to scratch as only 2 table staff on duty.

One word,Amazing. Staff brilliant and the food was simply amazing, well worth every penny and its jot even expensive! Would recommend to everyone. Steaks cooked to perfection

The service is always fantastic and the food and prices are always great. I would recommend this place not only for couples but also for families. I have been teice now and I see this being a regular spot for my to go to in the future.

Booked for an early meal before going to the Kings a Theatre. The service was very efficient, the food was very good and the staff were very friendly and chatty. We went back after the theatre for some drinks. I would definitely recommend here and will go back again.
