We received a warm welcome from very pleasant staff. Our meal was really good. I can honestly say the prawn cocktail was the best I’ve ever tasted and my gluten free haddock was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Service was slow, I had a pitiful starter of BBQ Squid, which honestly, given the £10 price tag, was tiny. Not only was it tiny but incredibly chewy. I brought this to their attention when paying the bill and only response was “sorry to hear that” ? Normally a reduction would be offered. The main course was ok but nothing to write home about. Won’t be rushing back

Great to have a good seafood restaurant on our doorstep. The monkfish was catch of the day and was lovely and meaty with no overpowering sauce.

I ordered dressed crab salad which can only best be described as an offence as a trade description as I had to hunt through the salad to find any crab. The parts I did find were tiny and very little of. My husband ordered the fish supper which for £16 was no better than any fish and chip shop. Will not be back.

Half lobster was a bit small, nothing wrong with it next time i'll order full lobster

Food and service was brilliant, only thing that let it down was the lady on the front desk, rude and abrupt, seemed annoyed we asked for a high chair, was no hello or smile as we came in, and no thanks or goodbye as we left. For a first point of contact coming in to restaurant is not a great first impression.

Great the best fish n chips 100% and service great

I was gifted a voucher so decided to visit with my husband, mother and a friend, both myself and mum are Coeliac and the fish & chips were fab. The Lobster was succulent and tasty too. The staff were very attentive and friendly Will certainly be back soon
