Good food, good atmosphere. Always a treat. For special occasions.

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and have always found the food very tasty and the staff friendly and attentive. However, the only negative are the popadoms which sadly seem to be unique to this restaurant and are flimsy, small and an acquired taste. We will however visit again but would not order the popadoms.

Fantastic food and service as always. Our main courses arrived very quickly after ordering and were all wonderful. The service was very attentive and pleasant. The team even sang Happy Birthday for my wife. Our favourite curry restaurant in the north west. Well done all!

The service was very good and very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. Three of us ate there and we all cleared our plates and said how nice it was. This is our four trip to this restaurant and it's been spot on each time, even trying different meals. I would certainly recommend it.

Was put down in dunchon no curry was not hot know one came down to check or ask if it was ok no hotstove to keep curry warm because my partner is a slow eater wont be backany time soon

Food was spectacular. We were squashed in a tiny table by the ordering station, though, which detracted a little from the experience. Next time I will ask for a window table.

Extremely disappointing. Christmas Eve but nothing festive at all about the dreary room we sat in. Table dirty and not ready for us, nothing set, no crackers or anything Christmassy. Fairy lights not working, Christmas tree falling over. Food was okay, but service was very poor because we were tucked in a corner away from the main room. The decor in the main room is dated and needs upgrading. An extremely poor Christmas Eve outing. I think the Kathmandu is becoming complacent.

Fabulous visit for my Mums birthday meal. Very attentive staff and delicious food. Everyone loved it. A great visit to a tested we have enjoyed for well over 30 years.

Great food and great staff we really enjoyed our evening. However the tip system is not so great the tip is given separately from paying the bill. We were asked to scan a QR code that enabled a tip to be given via easy tip. I was shocked that the QR code had added a fee of £1.97 for taking the tip. I was not made aware there would be a charge for leaving a tip.

It's 30 years since I had the Tandoori Fish aka Mackerel curry/KC Curry and it was as great as I remembered 😀 the rest of our party also thoroughly enjoyed their curries too. The service was also fantastic 🤩
