Wonderful dining experience at TLFM. From the moment we were met on arrival to when we stepped out of the restaurant to go home we couldn’t fault the experience. Warm and attentive front of house, fabulous and imaginative seafood cooking and a great wine list. We felt really looked after. Would have no hesitation in recommending TLFM.

Brilliant food 5 star +....seats a bit hard and the place could benitit from some redecoration.

My wife and I have eaten at TLFM many times over the last 3 years and have enjoyed it very much. When we arrived this week we found out that Rob was no longer working there and this came as a major shock as it had always been Duncan cooking and Rob looking after us upstairs. I have to say that Asha (Rob's replacement) did a great job but it just wasn't the same. Rob had a way of staying on top of everything while seeming relaxed with time on his hands. The restaurant also had a couple of loud tables in that night which didn't help. The reluctance to leave us a bottle of water seemed strange and having to continually ask for more was annoying. The food was outstanding, and it was great to chat with Duncan about some of the techniques he's using in preparing the dishes. We will be back but we miss Rob.

The food was exceptional as usual. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Can't wait to visit for a third time.

Took my other half here on Saturday night. My partner and I both come from a high end hospitality background. The service was exceptional, as was the food. Great atmosphere in the restaurant. I would highly recommend if you appreciate amazing food.

The restaurant offers a set menu with a number of courses throughout. Each course was an wonderful experience with carefully balanced fresh local ingredients straight from the sea. Staff very attentive and kind. Definitely worth a visit if in Brighton.

A cold rainy Thursday evening with only two other couples braving It meant the atmosphere was sparse. We were cold and the windows streamed. That aside the meal was fantastic as was the service. The wine pairings were well chosen and an excellent complement to the exceptional food. Thank you.

Lovely evening at the Little Fish Market after a gap of 2 years. Please to report that the quality of the food and wine was still excellent as was the friendly service. Also really appreciate the pace of the evening as they strike a good balance between keeping things moving but not rushing you through. All in all a great night and we won’t leave it so long until our next visit!

Lovely tasty food. Good attentive service. Interesting menu. Adequate wine selection Dishes on the small side but reasonable value overall. No service charge and free water which is refreshing. Ambience ok and decor needs updating but a positive experience all things considered. Not disappointed and quite happy overall (I tend to be very picky) worth giving it a try

Absolutely impeccable service, nothing is pretentious, excellent food and a constantly changing menu. The value for money of a multi-course tasting meal and wine pairing considering the quality is outstanding.

We always have a great time at TLFM! However, this time Chef Duncan surpassed himself with an even more inventive menu! Rob, true to his exceptional form as ever! I even forgave THFM for having oyster on the menu!
