Great visit here, lovely atmosphere, good service and delicious food, will definitely go back.

Lunch was lovely, but the only criticism I have is that there was still blood coming out of a piece of my venison, blood was over my mashed potatoes.......venison wasn't rested enough. Staff were lovely and very polite

Amazing dining experience as always. The staff were practically running they were so busy and yet were responsive to everyone’s needs and the food was delicious as were the drinks. By far the best restaurant in Inverness but the well deserved awards confirm that. Thank you Mustard Seed

I adore The mustard seed and fine there every evening when working in Inverness. The setting by the river, the sensational staff who greet me like a dear friend and the utterly delicious food call me back every time! Love the whole experience, this is the best restaurant in Inverness in my opinion

My husband only wanted soup. It cost over £8 but was a very small portion - not value for money! He questioned the price when paying but was told it was correct. My food was okay but i felt not to the usual standard

Have been going to the Mustard Seed for many years. Disappointingly, it is no longer value for money as it is expensive for the quality of the food and service. Poor menu choice - especially the dessert menu. Last few times we have had the same waiting staff (older blonde lady with yellow glasses) and her attitude is atrocious. Looking for alternative places to eat in Inverness.

Its staff are extremely friendly, we had a lovely meal and a well decorated restaurant

Was seated near the door so was cold. Portion sizes were tiny for the price. The meat was dry. Would not go back and it was my first visit. Nothing special here. The bar area was a mess with paperwork everywhere. Just under £50 for a steak dish alone of that level is ridiculous. The rest of our meals were very low quality

Service prompt. Staff very friendly and attentive and food was good.

All was well until a group of people sat opposite us. The noise level was loud enough to drown our conversation. We had to laugh but it was annoying. The food and service was very good and i will return but will ask for a quiet table!!
