The staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival.The restaurant was tastefully decorated and festive without being over the top.The food was nicely presented and tasted delicious. Will definitely be dining there again.

On entering the porch, one of our guests slipped in the very slippy floor falling to the ground, not a good start. Starters were cold, mains were gristley and cold, veg came after the meal, the pizzas were soggy in the middle, had to wait forever for drinks....a really disappointing evening especially when three of us we’re celebrating birthdays and the Pack being one of our faves. We were told the head chef had walked out and staff hadn’t turned in for work.

Lovely birthday meal . Good service despite being very busy near Christmas . Was able to decorate table and staff brought out birthday cake and sung Happy Birthday . A good night all round

The food was good, no complaints. The service was okay, no complaints. They put us on a very small table. There were 3 of us, the table was normally for 2 people. The place seems devoid of any sort of atmosphere whatsoever.

Lovely friendly staff. Service wax excellent and the good was excellent too. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning to this lovely eatery in the near future.

Excellent food service and atmosphere I would recommend to anyone the prices are reasonable too. Great place for all types of gatherings. A must try !!

The steak was very good! but other than that, we were really disappointed. The cheese and biscuits were a joke. Finally the service was poor, the staff seemed to huddle together and avoid the dining area, when we did manage to catch someone's attention, it all seamed to much trouble. This is the second time we've been in the last 12 month's and had a similar experience both times. Won't be giving it a third chance!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. We went at lunch time. Our past dish was a vegetarian dish and it was nice. Pizza however had a soggy middle

Great food with a wide menu. Friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return, and next time leave room for dessert!Great value for money

Were we sat wasnt the best right near the kitchen no privacy, all the staff congregated around that area, and there was no atmosphere either the staff seem to enjoy more than the customers, came home smelling like wed done the cooking for the evening so Smokey! Meal was ok just the chicken was chargrilled it over powerd the sauce was ashame really! Oh and the waitress tryed taking my starter half way through me eating it and half a garlic bread!!

Great meal out with great friends... food was fantastic as was the service. Great value too. We will be back soon. Thanks you for a great night.

The food was lovely and hot, the service was spot on. The decoration of the restaurant Is modern, the kitchen is open and you can see how clean it is. I’ve never had a bed meal there. Just wish they had an evening meal deal and it can be a little pricey for a weekday meal. But I would definitely recommend!

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend you visit The Pack. Varied menu to suit all taste’s. I recommend the veal in cream and mushroom sauce, delicious.

The restaurant interior is beautiful, bar man very friendly. Offered a choice if tables. Had to wait a while to order the food, then had to wait a while for the food to come. Non of the waitering staff spoke which was strange. There was a really good choice of food and drinks. The food was excellent. We would come back but feel the waiter/waitress need to be a little quicker and a smile and polite conversation would be good.

Lunchtime visit, and very surprisingly it was extremely quiet. Amazing GF pizza, disappointing spaghetti bolognaise but lovely staff ...... So on balance, a nice visit but could definitely do better.

Great food served really hot and really friendly staff will defiantly return again felt really at home and great selection of gin and different tonics

Lovely food, service and surroundings enjoyed by all of us. The sofas in the bar area are really comfy, we all loved the fairy light wall and the disabled access is fantastic. Thank you everyone for helping us celebrate our daughters Graduation. X

Superb food and excellent service. I would recommend the Pack to anybody with a taste for fine Italian food and will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Had a fantastic meal. 4 of of us dined at 7pm Sunday night. Great atmosphere. Food was lovely. Service was great. We will be back.

Nice clean comfortable restaurant. On arrival we was made very welcome. Service was unrushed and the staff helpful. Starters certainly not small (garlic bread with goats cheese )neither was the main course (lamb meatballs with spaghetti & spices sauce)I couldn't finish all the main course so was asked if I would like to take what was left home....A very nice touch.

Visited the pack on fri 7th sept with friends, staff were very attentive and friendly, the food was good and reasonable priced and the atmosphere was nice

Excellent waitress service. My husband really enjoyed his meal of prawn starter followed by Rump of Lamb but my Lasagne was not the best. It was overcooked and there was no bechemel sauce. although the menu had described it as being made with bechemel, there was only tomato sauce, which was tasty but a bit overpowering. Garlic bread and tiramisu desert was very good.

We had a meal for my 2grandchildren birthday. Everybody had,a different meal and all meals were excellent.This is the second birthday meal we have had at the Pack and will certainly be going again.

From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are made to feel welcome. The waiting on staff are exceptional, polite, friendly, and very customer service oriented. You can see the chefs in the background working hard to get meals out in time and delivered to your table. The food we had was served very hot and extremely tasty and on time. This restaurant cannot be faulted in my opinion and we have dined at a lot of restaurants over the years. This is one of the best. Value for money, service and food quality are all very very good. Would we dine here again ? Absolutely

Lovely professional service by every staff member! The food was also excellent. Definitely would recommend. It also isn’t over priced, and 100% worth the money paid.

Excellent food, drinks and service. A fab evening out. Decor would benefit from livening up - it doesn't evoke an Italian restaurant. Minor criticism only.

The food was outstanding the service was also fantastic the only thing that wasn't an issue for myself but would not be great for some we did wait a little longer for food than other restaurants. The atmosphere is fabulous and relaxed will definitely go again.
