Service ok. Food ok. Place newly refurbished but we probably had the worst table in the house. Stuck in a corner facing a fire exit.

Food good staff good all together a very warm welcoming place would recommend to any one well worth a visit enjoy it will go again very soon

Restaurant and deco lovely. With 6 friends, my opinion just a little noisy to hear each other conversation. Food and drink good. Service and staff good.

Staff really friendly but the place lacked atmosphere and felt more like a cafe than a restaurant. Portions were good but Food was rather bland.

Beautiful refurbished but asked for small portion of main course as starter and got charged nearly full price. Thought that was a bit cheeky. Couldn't fault the quality of food though

Lovely food, good service, the only flaw was a rather large party creating a lot of noise, will absolutely go back but at a later time 🙂

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. There were four people in our party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely make another visit.

It was our first visit to the restaurant, to celebrate my birthday. The welcome was friendly as was the service and the food was excellent. We will be returning again.

The meal was lovely. Very reasonable price wise. We had the early bird set menu and it was delicious. Staff are always very pleasant and the restaurant itself is very comfortable - smart but relaxed

Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Service a little on he slow side. Food very good but the haddock was much too large a portion and therefore a little over facing

lovely staff and very friendly.would of just liked a choice of stuffed pastas in cream sauce.However the food we did have was very nice.We highly recommend it.

We went for valentines night. Nice friendly welcome and service. High quality food at a very good price with again great service. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice Italian.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were made welcome on arrival, friendly staff throughout the evening. The food was excellent and good intervals through courses. Prices just right. Thank you Pack.

The food was excellent & all the staff were very attentive my only complaint was that we were sat at the high tables & the stools were not very comfortable, we will definitely visit again but will ask to sit somewhere different.

Made a reservation last minute with my partner. Made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the food was amazing and plentiful. I can only apologise to the chef for not finishing my main as I was stuffed. Although they did put it in a tray and allow me to take the rest home with me. Will definitely visit again.

A very friendly restaurant with a warm atmosphere and very inviting staff. The food is excellent, service is second to none and very reasonably priced.

We are parents of a toddler and this was one of our rare nights out. It was lovely, the food was great and it looks amazing. The work they've done in refurbishing it is fantastic. It just seemed a little disorganised. We had a reservation but we weren't seated until well after that point and it was 45 mins after our reservation time that our order was taken. There were two big parties which may have throw service a little but there was also something lacking. The team seemed distracted, the service was ok but not outstanding and there were times when we seemed to have been forgotten. That said, they resolved a problem swiftly and with minimal fuss. We will be back, although perhaps not on a Saturday night.

Really good wine and beer food looked amazing and tasted even better and was reasonably priced , friendly and quick service in a fantastic modern looking restaurant

The Pack is a truly 1st Class Restaurant.My wife and i celebrated my 64th birthday and could not have picked anywhere better.All the dishes we had were of a great quality,from a menu of great variety.We would not hesitate to recommend this dining experience to anyone.Superb service from all members of staff made our visit very very enjoyable.We can not wait to return in the very near future.*****

Great service and great food. Something for everyone and we were well looked after. Pub itself is warm and inviting and everyone really enjoyed themselves

Nice atmosphere and service very quick, with enjoyable people. However the place is a little bit too crowded/small and the temperature is too hot in my opinion. It might only be me but the wall with all the leds make it hard to look at. Regarding the food, the quantity and quality were there.

Highly recommend the pack .The food &service very good . The newly renovated restaurant has been done to a high standard looks amazing . The only negative tonight was I feel that the lightening in the large room was very bright personally think a bit more subdued lighting would be better .

Lovely food and very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us despite it being busy. As it did become very busy when we were waiting for the bill, we ended up going to the bar to ask for our bill but it definitely didn't ruin the night. Thank you

Dined at The Pack this evening early table 5:30 pm , first time we have been . Good choice of cocktails at the bar which was a pleasant surprise. Food was excellent , service was extremely slow but to be fair this could be a one off as there was a big party of 20+ people dining. Staff were pleasant but lacking in experience. Would we go back ... yes as the food was excellent.

Our first time at the Pack since they closed for renovation. Excellent service, lovely food, in beautiful surroundings. Reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent as always, love the new decor. Food first class, service spot on staff very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. A first class restaurant

Staff went out of their way to help us when we were having problems with our son who has numerous disabilities. We thought we would have to leave, but thanks to everyone especially the manager we managed to stay and eat out meal even in troubling circumstances.

2nd visit in a week ! Tried some new dishes tonight !!! Wow it touched the spot ..... Totally recommend you won't be disappointed Schermazing
