Excellent great food , staff very friendly would highly recommend !! Would just say, next time you pass slow down and chill instead of doing 90 miles per hour on a busy road

Food was ok. Usually offered black pepper and Parmesan when meals served - not tonight. Veggie pizza usually has olives on - must have run out. Frizzante on draught - great - but the glass looked a little empty once the froth settled. Ok but a bit pricey for a midweek family 'tea out'.

The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere . Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely go again.

Enjoyable surrounding pleasant staff yet inexperienced. Food was good pizza pasta yet other mains were not really Italian however still of high quality would recommend

Great little Italian , 3bees beer on and great food can't say anything negative . Staff attentive . Menu good choice . Children eat for £1 it's a great place high on a hill

had a really good meal. however, the deserts were a little cool- would have liked the chocolate bomb to have been hotter. overall, we enjoyed our main!

Me and my partner came to the pack resaurant for lunch for the first time since having our baby it was a lovely place, nice relaxing atmosphere very clean staff were friendly service was prompt and the food was delicious.

Better than most restaurants in Italy, staff are very knowledgeable, the chef runs a very happy kitchen and all this is topped off with gorgeous food and excellent wines.

Excellent food, we were remembered as guests, and the best bit was when our 3 year old daughter was taken to get the bill and presented it to the table! Thanks as ever team - it was brilliant!

Nice feel about the place. Service very good. Make sure you state how you like your meat cooked. I didnt and mine was not done to my liking. Only myself to blame for that. Will definatley go back.

The whole experience was a good one. No waiting for our table, prompt service, and beautifully cooked tasty food. Good value for money would definitely highly recommend.

Food very good service good will go again only complaint to much cheese on garlic mushrooms but that is only personal taste garlic bread excellent

Good welcome and service. Although did have to wait for our garlic bread to arrive. The food was excellent though,I opted for goats cheese starter and lamb kleftico for main. Very tasty and hot as it should be. Will certainty be going again.

Great dining experience. Friendly professional atmostsphere from all staff. An extremely pleasurable evening from start to finish. Every aspect of The Pack, Menu, Service, Decor, is wonderful.

When we arrived it was reasonably empty. Unfortunately the radiators were not on but some small portable heaters were around. In my opinion they were not producing enough heat and it was too cold for sitting in. About an hour in more people arrived and the room started to warm up finally. Had the room been at a good temperature I would have given 6/6 as the food was excellent and the service (despite a little slow at busy periods) was very good.

Turned up half an hour early and they were still very accommodating, quick service and great food! Fillet steak is highly recommended and kids eat for a pound!!!! Wow!!

What we had was superb and what we saw others having, looked good. Flavours were spot on. My minestrone was jam packed with at least 9 different veg. We will definitely go back and recommend it. However, there was one negative, even though we had booked, we had to wait about 20 mins before our table was ready, and as we had already booked a table that was 30 mins later than we really wanted, because of time slots available, it ended up very late for me to eat.

Food excellent - overall tidiness and cleanliness keft a bit to be desired. Nooks and crannies seened to be full of used table napkins and plastic bags and wine glass and candle holder ontavle not very ckean. Pity because it lets the restaurant down a bit. Two hors of attention to detail could solve this problem as the food was really good.

Friendly staff. Decent service. Early Bird offer good value for money. Menu choice very good. Would recommend a visit. We will be visiting again in the near future.

Needs more Italian dishes on the meat and fish sections. Could do with a little better heating. Good food what I had but have had better.

Crushed 4 people on a table for 2 in a draft. Toilets and bar freezing. Asked for small portion pasta due to dietary requirements but they refused. Food was tasty.

Fantastic food and superb staff. I have already eaten here a few times because it's a brilliant place to eat. This is a great place for couples and families.

Lovely food, friendly staff. Bar area rather cold and restaurant a little smoky due to the open kitchen. However, the dishes were delicious with very little wait. I look forward to returning.

Too many tables crammed together no room to move, I was sat on the end of a table and there was a freezing cold draught , the service was rushed and the food was not the best, I have been a few times now and I think it will be awhile until we go again,

Food excellent, waitress could have done with more knowledge about the food on the menu. I asked a simple question about the sauce on my starter and she had no idea.

This was the first time I had visited "The Pack" We selected the early Bird menu, I'm glad we did. Starter :- The spring rolls where well presented, cooked to perfection and full of taste. Main Course :- Sirloin (+£4) onto of the early bird price, however it was worth even penny. The blue cheese sauce was a must for me and when combined with the side dish of grilled peppers and boiled mini spuds made for a filling and enjoyable main course. Desert :- Profiteroles, "Heaven" Service :- I would say it was very good. The restaurant was only half full, We didn't have to wait long for any of our three courses and the empty plates were removed promptly, the waitress was professional and friendly.

My table was booked for 5.00pm I called in at 3.30pm to see if the staff could amend the time as my wife was called into work ( nurse on call ) but as it was Mother's Day they were fully booked, but the manager went Above and beyond my expectation to accomate my family he reserved a table at the bar area which was fine, we have made reservation at this restaurant for Many years and this is my childrens favourite restaurant the food is always at a high standard and please put the spaggetti back on the menu as my children love it, if I can make a comment we did sit at the table with our coats on, we asked a member of staff to put the heating on but that made no difference, please put the log on the fire or at least put the heating on as this would have made our experience much better. Had a family birthday meal, the majority of the food was very good, the risotto was a little bland. Compared to other restaurants some of the staff could have been friendlier.

Food was amazing, best Italian we have had for a long time. Staff friendly and attentive. Lovely setting and great atmosphere. Loved it, can't wait to go back.

First impressions of the lounge was that it was cold and unwelcoming, although the staff were very nice! The larger dining room at the back looked stark and impersonal, somewhere where you wouldn't want to spend much time. However, the food was hot and very tasty, all four of us enjoyed it, and the presentation was good. All in all it was a nice night and worth another visit. The decor just needs a bit of tweaking and the heating turned up on cold nights.

Good size portions, different specials. Excellent value for money. Prompt service, relaxed atmosphere.you can see the meals being cooked fresh in the open kitchen. Excellent choice for a relaxed meal out.

We have been to The Pack on numerous occasions, the food is always excellent and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant for all age groups.
