Good food, nice drinks, good service, nice place, we weren't left waiting for our food at any point. Cant ask for much more than that.

Very friendly staff nice welcome. prompt service and very nice food, A nice ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant . There is also a nice outdoor area.

First time at the Shore and was pleasantly surprised. Waiting staff were excellent. Couple of minor issues with the meals i.e. steak not cooked as requested however this was remedied. Beef Stroganoff was lovely however didn't think portion was quite large enough for the cost (albeit it is fillet steak they use). Would definitely come back again.

Not as good as it used to be by far. Starter warm not hot and £40 for 2 beef stroganoff with very little beef, was ridiculous. Was edible but disappointing and over priced!! Don't think we will be back.

Food was excellent! Steak dinner for two and a bottle of wine for £30 was very good value for money. Only drank half the wine so took the rest home.

Food and service was amazing, we got the steak deal which gives you 2 sirloin steak meals and a bottle of wine for £30, the meal was perfect and service was really fast, staff are also very friendly, highly recommend.

Nice pub very busy when we went. Lovely food but overpriced. For basic menu , Also the toilet s need looked at there was only one that the locked worked

Fast service,excellent food!! Well worth the money...will definitely be returning !!! Sirloin steaks were cooked to perfection...pepper sauce very tasty....smoked fish chowder was lovely & creamy. No complaints at all!

Great meal and the service was excellent the steak meal deal was well worth the money and the cheese board had a great selection of cheese

Had a lovely lunch with a friend then headed to Bar for a cocktail and some Gin from the very large selection. The restaurant and bar were both busy but service was great. Looking forward to my next visit.

Location easily found. Great atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food of a very high standard with plenty of choice. Prices competitive. Will return again.

Food was lovely and served without any delay, all but 1 of the staff we encountered were really nice...Would return although that lady was sour faced.

Great food and service, as usual. Plus fantastic value on the Tuesday 2 for 1 offer. Two courses each and drinks for less than £25 for two is great.

Food was tasty although there was very little chilli in the con-carne. Steak pie was lovely but vegetables were very sweet and hard. Not everyone likes hard veg ... Puddings were delicious but could have been bigger portions. Extra cost for cream is a bit much too. We will probably go back but would make different choices.

Our meals were very good value and tasted really good. The serving staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere the tables were set out nice.

Food great, service great the only problem was a small one - the menus as they come on clipboards and not all sheets were there so selection got a bit confusing

As always the food and service was excellent. Steak night on Thursday is great value for money. The sticky toffee pudding is superb, I'll be recommending this to all my friends.

Hubby had burger with jalapeños and cheese which he enjoyed. I had Chicken with haggis. Very filling and couldn't finish. Staff friendly and nice atmosphere

4 of us enjoyed all our starter. We all had steaks which were excellent. 2 of us had food of the specials menu which was surf and turf. The surf was Calimari done in panco bread crumbs. Steaks cooked to perfection. Service was great as always. We enjoyed it that much that we are back today for the Sunday roast.

The shore served Good food and we didn't have to wait to long. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly return.

Another great dinner at The Shore ...... as ever food, service and ambience were fabulous... a local restaurant that punches above its weight... we're so lucky to have such a great venue in our village!

Great food and staff are really friendly and efficient . Would recommend for food, cleanliness and staff friendly. They have special offer nights and lunch time meals are great value.

Excellent meal tonight food was amazing even with a fussy partner our order was spot on. Great value for money and will definitely be back again.
