Polite and friendly staff, no long waiting times to get served for drinks, the food is great, we will be trying more of the menue, me and my wife luv going to have drinks here. Staff always smiling 😃

Food was fantastic and great value (nice to see not overpriced) The staff were attentive and so friendly. My only comments / advise would be: we had olives as a nibble - but had to pick them up with our fingers (and only 1 serviette between 2 of us) a cocktail stick would have been appreciated. Also I had the ribs (which were much) for mains, but had to ask for a finger bowl or hand wipes - ribs are very messy. I did also notice another table struggling with the same issue. Highly recommend based on this visit - thank you

Big surprise that the restaurant was still giving 50% off meals. Nice touch. Food and service fine. Only criticism was much too much salt on the fries. Drinking water all night. Would definitely go again.

Food was lovely can’t complain but we felt a little bit forgotten about, after our main course was walked past on too many occasions to mention but asked for desert menu, which eventually came. Waited a while after desert too to be brought the bill once I’d managed to ask for it. Like I say food was lovely hasn’t put me off, been here before & will go again.

Friendly and pleasant staff, well spaced tables and I observed staff cleaning them well between customers. Nicely cooked steak and lovely hand cut chips, will certainly go again

The service was great at the start of the meal, friendly and efficient, then the food was brought out which was lovely, real good meal. Then the service went downhill, we were sat with empty plates on the table and left waiting to the point we asked for a dessert menu and then had to ask again for the bill. Cleanliness was followed although the window ledge and frame needed a clean and dust.

Uncooked burgers, ribs provided that could not be taken apart to eat. Food provided prior to cutlery. Dessert was nice.

The food was tasty, however without the eat out to help out I feel this would be overpriced. Service for drinks was very slow but I could see that they were quite busy, and with new COVID rules in place this may make the process slower, but they did get two drinks orders wrong.

Amazing food and staff are really friendly. Love visiting the Swan always have great service and lovely food.

A meat eaters delight, if you love smoked or bbq it’s a must

Waited a long time for order to be taken .took a long time for main meal to come even though other customers that arrived after got served quite quickly.

Great evening, given the current circumstances. Venue change due to reconciliation of premises they own (was called by the manager in the afternoon), but they’d moved the grills and smoke to The Malthouse so we had the choice of 2 menus. Excellent food and service. Lively atmosphere but not OTT.

Amazing food yet again. .we will be back next Sunday 😁👍
