Topkapi Palace - Deansgate

Good atmosphere, good food, average service, not very welcoming staff, the menue did not match the food, I felt the waitress tried to fob us off, as part turkish we know how most of the turkish dishes are made, when I asked her she replied by this is the wash how dish is made, which was completely wrong, unfortunately didn't deserve the tip we left, this is our personal experience don't quote us . But We are not going back again.

A perfect venue for a lunch-time meet up with old friends. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff most pleasant and helpful. The food and wine for the lunchtime menu were excellent - would recommend.

Food was really fresh and tasty as always. Can't wait for the next visit!

Service excellent. I was the only one disappointed with the moussaka - too used to the Greek variety. The other three were very pleased.

Topkapi is a restaurant I frequently use for meeting friends. Today's lunch was an occasion for meeting up with the friend who first recommended the place. Excellent lunch with good service - as always.

A lovely Turkish type restaurant in the middle of the City, great for a meal before visiting the Opera House for a show.

Haven't been here for years: great to find that the food, the service, and the atmosphere are just as good.

As always perfect, they never disappoint us the food is always delicious.

Delicious! We tried Topkapi during a visit to Manchester, and would highly recommend. Lots of choice on the menu, all of our meals were served quickly, and the food was incredible. Great value for money. Our waitress was lovely, attentive and very friendly.

First time visiting this restaurant and it was very good, the staff were all very friendly, helpful & polite, the menu is varied we had the baked aubergine to start, it was very tasty and nicely presented, then I had a lamb casserole with rice & salad, the meat was very tender in a delicious mild sauce, hubby had a lamb sizzler, with rice, salad & chips, the lamb sizzler was again tender and came with onions & peppers in a slightly sweet sauce, we didn’t have a sweet because we were pleasantly stuffed, but I will next time

We had a lovely meal with excellent service from the friendly waiting staff.

The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff who where family which is nice where friendly and attentive. We where first in at lunchtime but it soon filled up and created a good atmosphere. 😀😘

First time of booking here. We booked a table but went earlier. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Cooked my lamb to my liking and will definitely be going back again soon.

Service very good. Slight problem with one meal - Minced lMb not portions, bit resved with a smile and no extra charge. Happy to provide cake and ice cream for 73rd birthday surprise. Will go again.
