Amazing food that could not be faulted. Service a little too fast. Could have done with more time between courses but will definately be returning. Very enjoyable evening.
Had a beautiful lunch here yesterday, the food was outstanding and the service was faultless. The lady looking after us is a credit to this place, she created the perfect atmosphere and we couldn't have wished for better. I love the fact that there are so many vegetarian options available too. I would highly recommend Top Kapi and am looking forward to our next visit. If there was 10 stars available then I would have given 10!!!
Small, Cosy restaurant , staff very attentive , very busy for early saturday night. waitress offered advice on the menu and it proved very good.
Great food. Great stafff. Quick attentive service would definitely recommend. Always busy so a good sign. Mixed starter really good value and plenty of choice for mains.
Beautiful food and wine. Excellent service. Excellent value. 2 courses for £8.95 before 5pm. Even on a Saturday. Unbeatable. Would visit again and again and again
Had a great time I ordered the chicken zizzler and my husband ordered fish the meal was nicely presented and hot there was no rush with the waitresses verypleasent.
Lovely lunch, food great and service very good well recommended for a quick lunch when in town to meet up with friends. Very reasonable priced lunch time menu.
fabulous great staff great table , fit us in last minute and was really good food , cannot thank you enough , we will be back
This is the second occasion I have eaten at the Topkapi. On both visits I have been unable fault it Great food and great service. Highly recommended
Freshly cooked, amazing food! Staff are just delightful, down to earth, warm and very friendly. Can't wait to go back soon, the chicken and walnut, followed by the Topkapi Special chicken so, so good. Oh and did I mention the yummo freshly baked pitta.
The starters were really good, they were the highlight of our evening. The main courses were ok at best. We were a group of 4 and each of us ordered something different: shish kebab, pirzola, special chicken, lamb shanks. While we did not hate what we ate, none of us rated the food high, either. The pilav served alongside the main courses was awful. Are you sure the chef is Turkish? Because it definitely was not the Turkish style rice pilav that we ate. Dessert, on the other hand, was a complete disaster. We ordered baklava. What was served was not baklava at all, maybe sarıburma or şöbiyet, but not baklava. Moreover, it came with this sauce that really masked the taste of the dessert. Please do something about your baklava, it ruins the name of this otherwise beautiful dessert.
The restaurant was very nice and very busy with people waiting. When we ordered, our starters were brought out immediately and then the waitress tried to take my husband's plate before he had finished his meal so we felt a little rushed. Reasonably priced and the food was very tasty.
Lovely food and great service. Receipt for 2 starters, 2 mains and bottle of good red Turkish wine: 35pounds! for that quality of food! Will be there again soon.
Great time, lovely place, nice staff and EFE too! Lovely booth for 5 of us, reasonably priced food, always nice, chilled Prosecco for Lucy's birthday celebration.
ambience was good, food was very good, staff were very friendly and it was also good value for money, will visit here again in the near future.
We went on a Sunday lunch and there was only one waitress but she was very friendly, helpful and efficient. She made us very welcome and the food was fantastic.
Food is good, and menu with many varieties Price reasonable, clean restaurants but location is somehow far and should order a taxi or uber.In general a moderate turkish restaurant.
I am a fan of Turkish food as I regularly visit the country to see family, this is the first restaurant I have been to in the UK that has the genuine authentic tastes, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Lovely meal with lots of different flavours and choices, including a large vegetarian option. Friendly and fantastic service. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic restaurant and food and really lovely staff we enjoyed the great food on offer and very friendly atmosphere was impressed by how pleasant the restaurant was
Fantastic food and service. Highly recommended for anybody to try, you'll not be disappointed with the quality and value for money, have only been once following recommendation, but would visit again
Such welcoming people and food was great, one of our favourite places. We took some friends who were well impressed as well, good time had by all.
Good and varied menu . Good service. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean toilets. We have dined there twice over last two months once before a visit to Opera House and once for family birthday. On both occasions food and service great.
Best meal out we've had for a long time. Tasty, well seasoned and generous portions. Very friendly and quick service. Not sure why we missed coming here before but we will be returning shortly. Great night out. Excellent value for money.
The food was excellent . Great service and a lovely atmosphere. Very convenient for the Opera House. Looking forward to going again. Highly recommended by all.
Saturday date night with my husband. Service was excellent. Smiling staff were very attentive. We ordered the hot meze to start which was delicious. May favourite was the meatballs then we had the sharing fish platter. The prawns were a bit rubbery as they were overcooked but swordfish and seabass were beautifully cooked. Would definitely return and recommend to others
Very pleasant but the meat was not thoroughly heated and i did not appreciate the 10% service charge. Will return again as previous visits have been outstanding
This was our first visit and we really liked it. We had the 6 meze and bottle of wine deal for £19.95 for two people. Lovely food - particularly the falafel and the sausage - and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend Topkapi and will eat there again.
Gorgeous food great service, lovely surroundings. We took our 7 year old daughter and she loved the choice of Turkish food. Will definitely go back.
We booked online for our Wedding Anniversary meal. Staff were very welcoming. Authentic fresh food and a great atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone who likes Turkish food!
To be honest I wasn't sure if Turkish Cuisine was going to be my thing as I'm not a huge meat fan. Booked this for friends and I had a prawn starter and a veggie mousaka for main and it was all delicious! Clearly made with lots of fresh ingredients, good value and great service. Will definitely be back.
The food and atmosphere was fabulous. Been here on several occasions now and would definitely recommend to other people. The best Turkish restaurant in Manchester, by far!
Great food and generally good service but we had to remind them about our drinks order a couple of times so that's why I have deducted a point. Would definitely go back.
Delicious food. A really good food and friendly service. Would recommend Topkapi Palace, especially the very reasonable 2 course menu which had lots of choices
Food was absolutely delicious and service was great! We really enjoyed our night out and will most definitely visit again! Very friendly staff, affordable prices.
very clean, staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Food outstanding!! taste wonderful. Price amazing £7.50 for two courses at lunchtime. Cannot fault the place. Well worth a visit
We had an enjoyable meal for 4. The starters were good- particularly the yoghurt dips. Meat dishes were all lamb with a very good kofta and a slightly over cooked grilled lamb. We fidbt have desserts but the Turkesh coffee was good.
Great food and service bar from bar tender called in sick so no cocktails but would recommend to everyone looking for a good meal with friends
If you are looking for good service ,delicious food and a comfortable atmosphere this is the place to eat in Deansgate Manchester. Opposite Oddfellows House
Having walked past on the way to work for the last few months I decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed and wish I'd come before now. The menu is extensive, food is good and the staff are very friendly. What more can you want? I can highly recommend it.
Went to Topkapi on Deansgate Manchester for the first time after reading reviews on line and passing it many times on our visits to Manchester. It was smaller inside than expected, but that made it more cosy in a way. The food was delicious. Fresh tasting with lovely salads. The presentation was very good. Although they did not have our first selection of wines, we did end up with a Classic Italian wine we like and they charged us as if it was the house wine. A lovely jesture of good will. We will be returning.
Will go there again! Amazing food, amazing experience. Definitely recommended. Food was very fresh and looks beautiful, staff was very helpfull and very nice. They know how to take care of guests
Everything about this place was excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be going back soon (again and again)
Lovely meal, pleasant staff. Great choice if going to either The Opera House or Bridgewater Hall. If the staff know you are going to a show they will make sure your meal is delivered quickly.
Great meal after our show had a 5:30 table booked arrived early but. Fine staff great food amazing would highly recommend to people for after show meal
have used this restaurant many times and each time the food is good and the staff very friendly. Noticed the new seating arrangements which looked good. Will be visiting again in the New Year.
Great choice of dishes on the menu. Lovely presentation and generous portion sizes. Washed down with Efes beer! The waitress was attentive, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back, to try different dishes.
As ever excellent; food delicious, prices very fair and service and friendliness second to none; would strongly recommend the Palace for any sort of family event.
Excellent food and staff were friendly, efficient and professional. I have been before as this is one of my favourite restaurants. I took guests who would definitely return.
Great food, great service and good value, love going here especially for the lunch/early bird menu. The staff are really attentive, family business and not a chain, comes shining through in the service.
