We’re in Oxford once a year and always eat at 4,500 Miles From Delhi on the Friday night of our stay. We’ve been doing this for at least 5 years and the team always remembers us and makes us feel very welcome. The food is fantastic with a great choice of spiciness levels and meat, fish and vegetarian options - taste isn’t everything though and the kitchen takes evident care over presentation too. Service is prompt and friendly without being intrusive making this a good venue for couples as well as family and groups.

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat within ten minutes walk from the train station at Oxford as we were meeting friends from Canada for the evening. I was apprehensive as we had never eaten in Oxford before, we found 4500 miles from Delhi on an internet search. From the recommendations on line we were not disappointed. The service, quality of food and price was appreciated by all of our party. I would highly recommend 4500 to any body wishing to have an Indian meal.

The starter sizzler platter for 2 was delicious especially the chicken full of flavour but it would be sufficient for 4 for a starter to share.Dhaba Chicken was very tasty and the stuffed Kulcha was really tasted so fresh and sumptuous just on its own as well.
