Food and service all good, close to the train station for one of the guests to travel back after a business meal. Great for business early dining would recommend.

Nice décor & friendly staff. we did the lunch time buffet (12 noon to 2:30pm) on the Friday before August bank holiday so it wasn't very busy. Food was nice, would've liked a bit more choice but for the price you can't really fault it.

The food was very good. We had bahara baingan, dal makhnee, roti and paratha for mains and a deep fried hot chilli for starter. Only drawback was that the menu doesn't mark vegetarian options separately but it is fairly obvious looking at the ingredients.

The restaurant was pretty clean and cosy. We have been a bit disappointed because we booked the table for lunch and were expecting the full menu to be available, when only a lunch buffet was available. We hadn't seen that on the website (I have not cross-checked to see if it was stated). The buffet itself was nice and good, we ate very well, but some of the restaurant's specialties - which we wanted to try - were not available. Due to my inexperience in Indian food, I cannot say whether it was average, better than average or excellent. To me, it was excellent.

Delicious food. The menu has a huge choice! The portions are very generous and they even gave us boxes to take home leftover food. Friendly service - look forward to going again

Excellent food, great location and very good service. We like that our waiter spoke Spanish and we being from México really appreciated that. Good prices except for the 11 pound ???that we refused to pay. All very, very good.

Welcoming staff, good buffet choice, good value. Couple of dishes a bit bland, chicken dry. Definitely worth a visit, although surprisingly quiet during lunch for a restaurant with lots of good feedback.

We enjoyed a sizzling king prawn and a malai chicken tikka starter followed by a chicken jalfrezi and a delicious cauliflower dish with ginger and peas. The staff were pleasant and attentive. This attractive restaurant is one of our regular haunts.

Food well-presented, and they serve an excellent Rioja! However, at busy times, it can be very hard to your your fellow-diner's conversation. We regularly visit, and always come away happy.

This is in my opinion the best Indian meal in Oxford. The food and service is always fantastic and I look forward to visiting again shortly.

Wife and I had dinner midweek. IT WAS AWESOME. Shared chicken and lamb apps, mains were chicken in a cashew paste sauce (lababdar), spicy lamb mushroom dish (5 jewels), and a veg biryani. Yes we have leftovers!! :-) Dessert was mango sorbet which was also excellent.

Great food, great service and not too expensive. Great for a friends night out. Try the banji onions and a cobra (beer) for an aperitif.

Nice food, more of a standard Asian restaurant than an upmarket gastro one, which is not a bad thing. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant itself was nice, the staff were polite and attentive. It's on the very edge of town centre so I rarely think to go there but when I do I always enjoy the food.

Simply cannot fault the food or the service they are excellent, just feel that the coat is a little high to make regular visits. It remains a restaurant for special occasions only.

The food was mediocre at best as all the meat dishes were very dry. Despite us being the only customers initially, the service was very slow especially towards the end of the meal.

The restaurant was excellent, the staff were very efficient and helpful. The menu was quite exstensive, a good mix of old favourites and new dishes. The food was well served and of a very good quality. We met up with our friends there. The restaurant is well placed, being almost opposite Worcester Road carpark, 5 minutes walk from the train station and a bus stop directly outside. All in all an excellent place to meet and enjoy good Indian food.

Food was delicious and service generally good. The drinks were also nice having tried the cocktails and house red. We were served poppadoms at the beginning which were not asked for and then charged nearly £2 per which is extortionate. For this reason I am rating 5/6.

This is a great restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the dining room is large and immaculate. Three of us ordered individual meals and sides and all arrived together and were beautifully presented and obviously freshly cooked. Everything was delicious. The desserts were, again, delicious. We highly recommend 4500 Miles From Delhi.

We dined here for a buffet lunch before exploring the city of Oxford. I don’t eat naan or rice so was kindly given roti instead despite not in the deal. As it was my son’s 16th they brought out creamy kulfi with a candle as a surprise. In addition a mango lassi on the house as mango kulfi had run out. All in all it was a fabulous range of starters especially not eating potatoes there were bengan & gobi pakore to my surprise bc usually they’re always aaloo ke pakore. Paapad & range of chutneys complimented. The mains consisted of paalak paneer which the kids devoured, daal makhani & aaloo mattar. Overall I think it was excellent value for money for a 3course meal including a drink for £7.50 on the Groupon deal. I wish they had the same offer in the Nottingham branch but sadly they don’t, not a buffet anyway. We were full for the day to see the beautiful buildings especially Christchurch. The day ended with a trip to the theatre watching warhorse. A great day had by all.

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to your restaurant, the first was as guest of a colleague; this time we took guests of our own who enjoy Indian food. It's all very new to us, so we were glad that your attendant helped us understand a little of what the menu involved. The very loud screams and noise at some of the adjoining tables was unfortunate - they got a little excited, being a party. The good was very nicely prepared. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Lovely staff, great menu choices. Buffett was very tasty and a good range of dishes for everyone. Unfortunately the food was not very warm and all plates were cold. In the past the buffet included dessert but not yesterday.

Buffet lunch variety limited but could see why there was not a lot of food out on a Monday as when we got there there was only 2 people eating and another one can in later. Food not great as really only just warm, anything cooked with a batter was soggy. Pudding were very small slices of Christmas pudding or the Indian grated carrot, nothing else so did not bother. Definitely not worth the full price but ok for a quick lunch stop. Staff polite

Great food as usual, but have to wait 1h 30 min for the food. We were 13 people but still was too long. Apart of that, good in general.
