Been here for drinks before but this is the first time we've eaten here. Early Saturday evening, not especially busy, but quite a few coming and going. Very attentive service, but note that it's table service, even if you're not eating, and there maybe a bit of a wait. Great food (we shared the Carbonade Flamande, an excellent beef stew, with bread/cheese fondue and bitterballen (meatball-like thingies) to start. As ever, excellent beer - the Westmalle Dubbel was recommended to go with the stew, and was perfect.

We go in a bit as it has a great selection of beers and drink. this time we had the cheese fondue and the pizza fondue (there were 3 of us) the marina cheese sauce for the pizza fondue was amazing and soo tasty. The Cheese board is a stable fave though It always has a great atmosphere and the staff are great

Great, original food. Nice atmosphere. Service could be a bit better. For example we weren’t bought a menu when we were sat down and then had to ask to order. Same happened to the next table when they weren’t bought dessert menus. If you’re not in a rush it’s a great place for Sunday Toast Fondue.

The staff were friendly. Sunday dinner fondue meat was nice and tender. Chocolate fondue, the churros was over cooked, by the time these were replaced the chocolate was burnt.

We were really excited to go for the sunday dinner fondue and while it was nice, we were a bit underwhelmed with it :-( We went early evening and it seemed like half the menu wasnt available (no chicken, no bitterballen, only one soup left....) which was a bit disappointing. The fondue was good but needed more gravy....and the burner needed to be on for a bit longer as it went cold really quickly. I think we will give the roast dinner one a miss but would definitely go back for the pizza or cheese fondues - they are epic!

Food was excellent the fondue Sunday roast is a good idea for group meals. The service was a let down waited 30 minutes to get drinks ordered and was generally quite slow for food to arrive but if you are in no rush would definitely recommend. Great experience!

It was a lovely roast that came out. The piece of beef was unreal. So much meat it was great. Unfortunately not a lot of roast potatoes or gravy. And we got our dinner but no cutlery which was torture when such a good roast was sat in front of us. We will be back though for sure. Staff were friendly but seemed not in control of the few tables they had.

Nice food but very long wait service wise- maybe a little understaffed? The large window and door were both open and the food served on a wooden board - this meant the food went cold quicker than usual. Still tasty though.

The vegan foudue was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed it very much. The beer selection was also spot on. The only remark would be that the carrot balls (can't sure that the name of it is supposed it be) were a bit bland compare to the rest. But we absolutely loved our dinner and would definitely come back again!

The room upstairs was smoky from the other patrons smoking outside the front door. Table wasnt clean when we sat down and food still on the floor. We were struggling to find a beer that was in stock. 3rd choice lucky. Cheese fondue was ok, not as strong as a typical fondue, very bland. Good food for when youre drunk/drinking but tasteless to those who are not. Wouldnt recommend the veggie sausage. Waiters were polite and kind butOne waiter looked tired and sweaty which put me off what the kitchen could be like. Wouldnt go again.

Lovely atmosphere and great staff. We started with the cheese fondue with cheese & gravy fries, which were all amazingly tasty. We, naturally, complemented this with the chocolate fondue, which was equally as delicious
