The service was great. Food was nice but would of expected better considering the price. Nice to have tried it but probably would not bust again.

Birthday lunch for my son. The first time he had been and he was very impressed at being able to have a blue steak. Really nice leisurely lunch

Excellent value for money, super food and service. The early bird theatre menu with complimentary drink makes it the ideal place to eat before a visit to the Theatre Royal in Lincoln.

Delicious food and fast & attentive service by staff. The restaurant has a lovey relaxing ambience and the food at Cote never fails to disappoint !

Very good service. The food cooked was very nice! This was my second visit and I’ll definatly be returning. The waiters were friendly and you weren’t rushed.

We all enjoyed the food. The service was occasionally a bit casual. We were pleased that our request to sit in Booth No.1 was granted.

Quality of the food is really quite variable, some of it is really poor. Avoid the tuna nicoise salad and also the sea food bake. Both are terrible.

Food delicious as usual. Had to wait for pissaladiere to arrive with starters; had expected them with drinks. Desserts also slow to arrive. Otherwise excellent.

Nice food which is well presented and a lovely atmosphere. Staff are helpful and the menu gives lots of choice. Set menu options offer good value for money.

The food was absolutely amazing, I had a complimentary class of champagne as it was my birthday and the service was perfect. The waiters were super lovely and I cannot fault my experience

Excellent meal, served professionally and without fuss. One of our favourite restaurants. Starters Onion soup, Steak Tartare x 2, Squid. Mains Mussels, Duck, Fillet Steak, Fish Pie. Sweets Crème Brule x 3, Lemon Pie.

Every one must try this amazing place! We have been for lunch several times but the breakfast with a selection of juice superb choice of main cooked n choice of hot drink all beautifully served by knowledgeable staff for under £10 is incredible. Add to this tasteful surroundings; you can't go wrong! Worth the 50 mile round trip to get there!

We was waiting for a long time to take our order and then we waited for a hour for our food and forgot about our drinks

Food was excellent. Service was not. We weren't told that meals we ordered from the weekend menu were no longer available because the menu had changed. The meal order was wrong when it arrived. The "optional" gratuity is irritating and is awkward to object to.

unfotunatley slow to take order, two of the four meals cold, ordered four coffees and all came at different times, would suggest staff receive training. poor experience for Mothers Day Brunch.

Consistently delivers delicious food and great service. That's why I keep coming back! Great value for money when dining from the early evening menu, which I did this time, but the dishes on the main menu are worth it, too.

Great food as always and amazing value for money. The service was great apart from the length of time waiting for food however that might have been down to lack of staff due to it not being busy customer wise. Always recommend Côte to people as I’ve always been happy with the overall experience.

Comfortable atmosphere with great staff, food and coffee. I would highly recommend and have booked to go back in two weeks time to hopefully enjoy another great breakfast.

Good meal and service, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced. Of the chain restaurants available these days, this is one of the better ones. Worse thing was that the tables are a little on the small side for some of the dishes on offer!

Nice food, lamb shank was very tender and with lots of flavour. Relaxed environment, and service was good. Although it is a restaurant chain, I think the food is good quality

The food was OK, but for most of the evening we were the only people in the restaurant. No atmosphere. One waiter was not willing to help and seemed disinterested. Such a shame.

A splendid meal... great ambience, great service and great food. Why on earth do you need twenty five words to describe something which is so simple?

Nice meal in pleasant surroundings, rather irritated with the automatics 12.5% service charge....the service was ok but not that great and surely should be the customer's choice whether to tip or not

Great service and lovely atmosphere. The food was well presented but sadly a bit cold. The childrens menu was also not great with limited choice. However, we would definitely give it another go; perhaps more of an adult place to eat.

Went in for a bit of breakfast, had a good choice and really enjoyed the food! good that they serve it until 1pm as well. Service was quick and courteous. Definitely would go again
