Côte Muswell Hill

Nice food - always reliable - friendly staff although a bit understaffed on the night we went. Best to stick to typical brasserie style dishes, eg steak frites, simple starters, moules etc...and the frozen berries with while choc sauce are delicious!

Food is always very good, and the early menu is excellent value for money. The menu's are changed monthly and offer interesting and varied dishes.

We went to have breakfast today. Poor service. Was not accommodating on my order and two out of the five meals were wrong. Very disappointed!

Quick service and high quality food done well to order. Complimentary filtered water offered upon seating. We had ribeye and it was cooked perfectly medium as requested. Calamari starter was also fried well and crispy.

Service & food , always excellent :) I enjoy dining @ côte , because standard of food , expected , does not disappoint , And service great for a busy weekend !

Great restaurant, fabulous service and amazing food.... only criticism is they have taken the crab pate off the starters menu and that was my favorite!

It was very good-we were welcomed to Cote with the special round table I requested-and given free glasses of Kir Royal to cheer my birthday celebration along- We arrived in time for the lunch time menu for my guests- I decided to have the Specials for June- The food was great-everybody enjoyed- The wine was a perfect accompaniment-to a perfect meal- I was given a £50 voucher-as a thank you for being a constant attendee at Cote since it first started- This helped so much with the final bill- I paid by card-and we all left feeling very satisfied and happy- We arrived home safely by car-and we all want to go back to Cote again very soon -for another lovely celebration of French cooking and hospitality- Thank you so much for making my birthday treat special- I will be back for more next week as usual.......

Generally good, the food was good, just a bit lacking in service as we had to ask for plates, they didn't automatically think we needed them to share the starters between us, asked for sauce and only one little ramekin of sauce was brought, had to ask for more as there were 6 of us. Asked for lemon slices, 2 was brought for 5 of us, hence only 3 out of 6

The food at Cote Muswell hill was very good and the service was excellent. This was a very enjoyable evening and I will be returning. Thank you.

Actually, the meal and the service were generally what we have enjoyed in other Cote restaurants across London. With one exception !! The Steak was absolutely tough, chewy and I had to leave most of it. I did mention this to the waitress but was disappointed that no reduction on the bill was reflected. We were in a hurry to leave so am pleased at this opportunity of sharing my thoughts. If you could take this up on my behalf I`d appreciate it. Thankyou.

Very nice meal, as always. Set menu is good value, though it's surprising how the bill soon mounts up with drinks and service added. Staff are always friendly and helpful - this time, our waitress brought 3 wine samples to try when the first bottle was off.

Good service, lovely atmosphere and great food. Perfect and not too expensive. Went with my Mum and Dad for a birthday lunch and was a perfect venue. All enjoyed well presented and good cooked food.

The staff were lovely and I always feel welcome. The sauce on my steak was a bit thick but the steak was perfect. The dessert was delicious.

a visit to Cote in Muswell Hill is always a nice Saturday evening. the seasonal menu had tomatoes Breton which were delicious, and we both had salmon with hollandaise sauce for mains, washed down with perfectly acceptable Chablis.

we had great complimentary kir royales, enjoyed good food and had perfect service for a very long birthday lunch that we all enjoyed as ever.

The staff are great as always. The Bergerac wine perfect. Only slight and very slight critique we both had the fish cakes and they were slightly too bland. Otherwise great as always. Thank You

Mine and my wife's main courses clearly got forgotten. We ate over an hour after the kids though the food was good - what was supposed to be a quick meal ended up being stressful as the kids were desperate to leave

Very enjoyable consistently good. Love the changing seasonal menu which always has great choices. Seemed short staff. But this who were there were working very hard.

The restaurant is spacious but cosy as there are separate dining areas. There is a good ambience with friend, helpful staff. There is a fairly extensive menu providing good choice with something for everyone and an excellent value lunch time value menu.

This place has great food, really really really great service, ab so loot lee love this place and their burgers are out of this world

Good service food ok not outstanding had duck bresdt on friends recommendation disapointing. Not a lot of flavour despite a thock sauce that was more colour than taste. Like Cote but will stiick to steak frite in future!

Excellent food - with a very varied menu nicely presented; excellent service; good atmosphere. Polite and attentive staff. Tables arranged with plenty of space between them. I strongly recommend this restaurant .

We had a great time at the restaurant last Saturday, the waitress was very assertive & polite. I had the moules marinièr as a starter where the mussels tasted really fresh with the wine creamy sauce, my wife just had the basket of bread at £2.40 was very reasonably priced. I had belly pork for the main course, the skin was really crispy served with Savoy cabbage & creamy potatoes, my wife had the fish pie which she let me know was very satisfying, we both the bottle of house red which again was very nice which all lead to a very enjoyable experience. Good food, great value, lovely staff. I go to the Muswell Hill branch quite often and this time six of us went for a birthday breakfast for our friend. The staff gave us a wine bucket with water for her flowers and couldn't do enough, all with a smile. Great local place and excellent value, especially for breakfast/brunch.

Great meal. Amazing food and excellent service. Will definitely return as it is a great restaurant with amazing staff who are very attentive and helpful.

Pleasant atmosphere. The food was very good and the staff were attentive and polite. Will certainly go back there for breakfast again. Much better than another French chain that we have locally!

Great food but a bit noisy. I had a birthday meal for my 87 yr old grandmother who kept complaining that she couldn't hear us when we were speaking. Overall a great evening, would defo go again.

We were a party of 8 and the service was superb. The food was superb also. Definitely give Café Brasserie a try we highly recommend it.

We have been to this restaurant many times; on our own or with friends or family and it never disappoints. This time it was our Wedding Anniversary (27 yrs) and we started with a Kir Royale which came straight away. The service is always impeccable. Lovely table; pleasant atmosphere and excellent food. The August menu was very tempting and there was also a Cotes Anniversary Menu (10 yrs) - so lots of choice! This was good news as we have practically exhausted the usual menu and fancied something different! I chose the veal which was delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband had the sea bass which which he said was very tasty. There are a few good restaurants in Muswell Hill but this was a good choice for this occasion.

I liked everything,maybe more dishes with french food but the service and the place is very good.I would like came but and recommend the restaurant.
