Good service and tasty food. Always a good option for pre theatre dining.
My second visit to a cote this week for my birthday celebrations . As usual wonderful food and service although different restaurant standard still amazing our party of ten loved it thankyou xx
Pre-theatre menu : great food, good choice, great value, good service, not too noisy - what's not to like!
I go to Cote frequently. This visit was what was expected - good food, good service at reasonable prices. Will continue to go to this restaurant and recommend it
Despite a busy restaurant and lots of kids, the staff were charming and professional as ever, and the food delicious.Cote are a consistent chain, they always make me feel looked after.
Staff were friendly and made our visit fun especially Kevin and Bobar. We enjoyed some friendly banter with both and stayed with our friends for over two hours. We always eat at Cotes by choice and are never disappointed. Excellent food and nothing to much trouble. Will be back again when in London.
We had the delicious fish parmentier with the usual good service as a prelude to the final concert at Queen Elizabeth Hall before the shutdown. I look forward to the day when we can again frequent the concert halls and restaurants.
Helpful staff but waiter forgot one of the drinks. Food very good but my friend found hers “too salty” (though she ate it all!).
Excellent place for dinner before going to the National Theatre. Good all round and quick service. Will come again.
great place to have Brunch. Initially very quiet then suddenly became a hive of activity. Sadly didnt then get my croissant that I ordered - with 2 people. So maybe a little attention to detail lacking. Food was well presented and delicious and good value.
Wonderful! Great food and service, and so convenient for concertgoers as it's right next to Festival Hall.
Good food, brasserie atmosphere (a little bit noisy) and a very nice, sympathic service. To recommand.
Excellent food - really good. I had the pork for my main meal and it was tender and delicious. Lovely staff very attentive - would definitely recommend. Thanks for a lovely evening
An integral part of the night out. A concert preceded by dining early evening at Cote - be it 3 mins from Royal Festival Hall or Covent Garden or Wigmore Hall. There's always a Cote close by. Excellent menu reasonable prices and top quality cooking and professional friendly staff. Cannot fault it.
With Cote you know what you are going to get - decent scoff served promptly with no fuss. Professional and competent and courteous staff throughout.
This was a 21st Birthday celebration and the staff went out of their way to make it special. Delicious food, extensive menu and great service. Thank you Cote for a lovely afternoon.
Drinks were a bit too slow to come but otherwise a very friendly service and good quality food as always
Excellent! We had a lovely evening Food was spot on.
Good food and service. Up to he usual high standard.
Very decent quality meal at a good price, nice atmosphere.
Very enjoyable meal . We had the Prestige Set Meal which had good choices. The Salmon and pork tenderloin were very good
Very nice food and enjoyable atmosphere. Staff were lovely. We had a lovely evening
Courteous and attentive staff with pleasing attention to my daughter’s birthday which we were celebrating. Food from pre theatre menu delicious and well presented. A thoroughly enjoyable evening
Food delicious and elegantly prepared. Served quickly and pleasantly. Cheerful ambience. Good selection of dishes. Côte remains our regular for the South Bank.
Great meal great value. Creme caramel was the best I have ever tasted
Excellent food as usual. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the end and all the staff were mucking around and one was sleeping on the bench at an empty table - not quite what we’d expect from cote. We hadn’t been to this branch before and it just felt like maybe they feel they can get away with being less slick than in other locations just because of where it is and a high proportion of tourists. Wouldn’t rush back.
Very busy day but staff were great good really good have eaten at different branches and always spot on
Fabulous food, service and environment. The staff at this Cote are absolutely superb.
Great evening! Staff were great, food was fantastic as usual.
Enjoyable meal in very busy restaurant - would definitely go again. Food was excellent & service good.
Good food, well presented, fast, friendly service. Very convenient location for Southbank Centre.
Wonderful experience - great food and service. Cater for allergies excellently. Thank you
I had the Haddock and unfortunately it was totally overcooked and had obviously sat under the salamander for too long and was dried up as well. An unusual slip up for Cote but I will avoid fish there in the future.
Both had the Tiger Prawn special starter, but found the prawns were tasteless. Also found it very odd to be served in a long glass, but with a large dinner knife and fork?? Overpriced for what we had. The rest of the meal we couldn't fault, nor the service, bearing in mind how busy they were. We would go back again and try something different.
Aleays a great experience - excellent food and friendly, efficient service.
Service was Lack luster. Wine arrived after starters and only when I reminded our server. It felt very rushed as if they couldn't wait to get the table back.
Delicious food at great value and lovely helpful staff - always our choice of restaurant.
Nice Restaurant, friendly and attentive service, decent prices for The South Bank
Warm welcome, great food, excellent value. Superb customer service.
Great ore-theatre set menu that cannot be beat on price or quality.
Great service , good atmosphere and really tasty food. Nice location to.
It’s the first time we were really disappointed. We were shown to our table downstairs, the tables were so close together you were sitting almost on top of the next table. We ordered a steak which was tasteless and so tough. Will have second thoughts about returning.
Cote is consistently good. Most impressed that a good white wine was served at the right temperature. Others will simply freeze it because it's white.
Good service, even though it was a very busy Sunday lunchtime. Very convenient for the Royal Festival Hall.
Usually, we dine at Cote Chichester, but were in London for a concert. We had spotted the restaurant on our last visit to the Royal Festival Hall. The service, food and ambience were on a par with Chichester. Cote is a great dining experience and their restaurants are consistent across the board.
Delicious food and very helpful and friendly staff, lovely venue
Excellent meal, nice atmosphere in the restaurant, e.g. no irritating background music. I have knocked off two stars from what might have been a 'six' because (i) it was very difficult to get in touch with the restaurant beforehand - first, a massive queue on the telephone answering system (though at least the system did warn you just how many people were in the queue ahead) and (ii) an initial failure by the restaurant, after failing to get them on the telephone, to respond to an email. All this while, having used the internet booking system for an initial contact, irritating Cote adverts kept popping up on my Facebook page.
🤗😋👍🏻 delicious food, lovely atmosphere and excellent and attentive Staff! Thumbs up.
Lovely meal, friendly prompt service. What's not to like? Perfect place to eat when going to the Royal Festival Hall
Great place, really good atmosphere - would certainly recommend it!
