Superb dining, very leisurely meal. Our only complaint, we had booked our table and had to wait for the table to be set on arrival. The meal was for a birthday, a complimentary drink for the birthday guest.

Lovely setting , good choice, food doesn't come quick, but if freshly prepared it shouldn't and worth the wait. Doors open to keep us cool on another balmy evening.

Lovely experience and lovely food. My only criticism was the batter on the fish was soggy. My friend had the Beef Wellington and that was very tasty.

BEEN QUITE A FEW TIMES TO GEORGES AND HAVE ALWAYS LOVED IT. THIS WAS BY FAR MY LEAST FAVOURITE VISIT. THE YOUNG LADY THAT SERVED US DID NOT ENGAGE WITH US AND MADE US FEEL THAT WE WERE AN INCONVENIENCE, SERVICE WAS SLOW AND FOOD NOT TO USUAL STANDARDS.

Relaxed atmosphere in the centre of Worsley village. There was an excellent choice of food from the menu which was delicious and we where looked after by tentative staff

Service very slow , had to wait one hour minutes for brunch , restaurant wasn't full. Staff very apologetic and polite but still waiting a long time

Amazing food on 'French night' great value and delicious cocktails / mocktails on offer. Highly recommend visiting on one of the Monday theme nights or on Tuesdays for 25% off. Great atmosphere.

The food was excellently presented & very tasty,and only let down by the size of the portions. Yes, there were 'side orders' we could have ordered separately, but at least a small portion of these should have been included.

Menu good also as I’m GF good range friendly staff my only disappointment was desserts for GF only one choice from early bird menu but they accommodated well

Poor vegetarian options unless you like goats cheese and celeriac! My meal was very bland. Meaty options were enjoyed by our party but my meal (stir fry) was very disappointing and I could have made it better myself at home.

The service was great however we had a roast and it was nice but not enough hardly any veg 2 small roast potatoes I do not recommend this but great place for a drink

We really enjoyed it yesterday! Everything from the service, the setting, food (especially the ox cheek and the desserts) was superb. We would be definitely coming back again.

The fixed price, early bird menu was amazing value and had a really good selection of dishes. A starter of duck with oriental salad was big enough to pass for a main course and delicious to boot. The bream to follow was also delightful with a tasty crispy skin. All for £13.50! Friendly service and a tasteful, relaxed setting sealed the experience, definitely worth a visit.

Lovely venue, great setting, third time we have eaten here and would recommend to everyone. Very busy tonight and possibly a little short staffed for such a busy evening.

We had a really enjoyable evening . The staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was lovely though I could have done with more than one king scallop for the starter .

Amazing Sunday lunch menu - I can definitely recommend the Sunday lunch. Lovely drinks menu with happy hour 5-7pm on a Sunday an excellent bonus Very nice outdoor seating for the warmer months

Good night out. Service was great . The only comment I would make is the lack of a chicken dish on the main menu . Overall tho good food and great atmosphere.

Nice Sunday lunch on the balcony . Good food , the lady who I think is the manager is always very efficient , however the staff always seem very young and a bit slow.

Very enjoyable evening, with a great selection of main courses and grills, but collectively we all struggled to pick a starter that really took our fancy. In the end we all went with the King Scallop, which was very tasty, if somewhat small for the price..

Food was only just warm enough. Part of our order was missed and had to be asked for again Poor waitress service inexperience showed little knowledge of menu and wines acoustics very noisy due to large parties . Bar area very nice and has the potential to improve.

Lovely atmosphere, really pleasant staff and great food. it is an excellent place to have lunch or a quiet drink with friends. I thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent Venue and the food was fantastic. Could cut my steak with a spoon. Even the Mrs smiled :-). Will be back in due course!

Fab Sunday lunch worth the wait but tepid desert sticky toffee pudding and cold coffee even after sending back once but was removed from the bill

Great service and food. Only criticism is they need to improve the extraction in the kitchen as it smells greasy when you walk in and in the restaurant

Great service and lovely food. The restaurant was a very nice venue for a family meal. The kids even enjoyed themselves as well despite being fussy eaters. I can recommend the roast dinners on a Sunday.

The seats were dirty, the service was snail-like and I was offered a spoon which needed to be washed. The food was well cooked and tasty but warm, not hot, and served without vegetables. After asking for vegetables I realised that my lunch would be cold by the time they arrived so cancelled the order. Don't expect George's Crunch pudding to live up to expectations - there were two postage-sized pieces of 'crunch' and a large bar of chocolate which was far too much. The coffee was lovely. All in all, £50 lunch was not the experience I had expected.

Had a good night . Staff really friendly and helpful. The main took quite a long time to come but to be fair they gave us a free round of drinks

The food was fine but the service was very poor. The restaurant was not busy at at all but we waited ages for our main courses, no starters were ordered. Nobody came to check if our meals were ok or if we wanted another drink (which we did!). Staff seemed to be just prepping for the evening service. Equally long wait for mains to be cleared and dessert menus to be offered. Really disappointing visit as we’ve been before a number of times and really enjoyed ourselves.

Would never return poor service, food and drinks. Staff was rude save your money and go dine in a better place. Waiters have no experience and are all around 15

Good friendly service, food was okay. Main- the fish was a bit salty and over cooked Cocktails were very nice though, would come back just for those.

Excellent quality and tasty food. Excellent customer service. Can’t complain too much about price. The new Sunday menu is more varied than the previous one.

we have never had a bad meal and this was no exception The staff are always charming but we did need to ask to move tables as we were put near to a very noisy group and could not hear ourselves speak.

What should have been a lovely Easter dinner was ruined by a rogue toddler who kept escaping from a private function room and appearing by our table. This continued the entire time we were eating. A different waitress to the one who had served us took payment for the meal. On the way out our waitress challenged me with. "Have you paid?" I was disgusted and offended at the obvious implication and complained to the management.

Lovely restaurant with great atmosphere, the food service was a bit slow though! Although we were compensated for our wait. Would definitely go back anytime!

First class food and service the staff was going out of their way to make it very enjoyable and well worth the money paid for it.

Had the early bird set menu. Good choice of dishes. Food was fabulous and price competitive. Parking was a slight problem but parked next door at pay and display car park
