Amazing service , food and drinks ! A wide range of burgers if they are what you like ! Social distancing done well ! Will be returning

Food was nice. Was asked for our order moments after sitting down before getting to read through it, but then waited for 20 minutes for someone to come back to us but we had ordered via the website menu by this point. Good atmosphere and decent value for money!

Think you getting to big and the service and food is dipping below par. I paid over £100 for a base meal and don’t think I will do it again. Definitely not worth it

Front of house Alexander efficient charming and found us a table outside. Perfect ambassador for Giraffe. Good salad and glass of wine for £3 which was a welcome surprise. We will be returning!

Good location, good food and very good service, especially Alessandro who welcomed us and gave us a pleasant dinner.

We booked in advance so that meant we could walk straight in and start the meal experience. Therefore I would recommend the Quandoo app for this as we were also able to easily edit the arrival times throughout the course of the day.

Great location attentive waiter nice cocktails just a shame that you don't do something special with the fries mine were cold but couldn't be bothered to complain

great place for a family meal food great but service was very slow ...waited almost 1/2 hour for puddings. and music was way too loud .

Very efficient and a lovely meal with excellent service. We were led straight to our table and attended to throughout the evening with prompt and polite service.

Staff were very accommodating despite it being half term and the restaurant being packed. They had lots of high chairs available and an area for the buggies. The food was very tasty too!

Good value for central London, burgers are great. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Kid friendly but be aware the kids portion are very small so for 10 years upwards I'd go for adult portions.
