Enjoyed a lot the restaurant and the early lunch menu is very good

Lunch with old friends, very pleasant restaurant and good food.

First visit - would definitely go again. Great staff who very accommodating and friendly, made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent!

Had a very nice birthday celebration here. There were 7 birthdays and we all got a candle-hurrah. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely go again.

Service could have been a bit more attentive as we were there for a business lunch and therefore time-constrained. I think J&R could definitely do a better job at spotting business lunhces and helping them get ordered and paid up quickly

A great spot for breakfast lunch or dinner, the restaurant has a very relaxed, friendly and luxurious atmosphere with food to match.

While the staff were lovely, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The food was cold and not at all appealing. Not something we will do again.

Service tends to be the main thing that lets down Jackson & Rye - always an issue whenever I’ve visited. Good food, although preferred their older less fancy menu. But wait times are a pain - and often staff aren’t doing the little things. Like taking a drink order. Or bringing the Mayo/Ketchup they were asked for. Considering you’ll have the briefest encounters with your servers, bit cheeky they add on the tip as standard. Nice food, poor service - and they’re consistent with that approach.

Good food, not the greatest service. They seem to struggle when half full.

Maybe it was an off day for the restaurant but the server just looked really sad/annoyed and didn't really want to be there but he got the job done. The bacon and maple pancakes I had were very dry/spongy and the portion size was a little too small. Three pieces of pancakes with three very small pieces of bacon and 5-ish blueberries just made it really plain. It just wasn't a very worthwhile experience

Staff. Is always superb, kind and professional an di they make you feel very important and valued. We booked a table outside but it was under the sun and when we asked to move to a table in the shade as I am pregnant and couldn’t sit on the hot sun, they did everything they could to accommodate us, thank you!!! The host calls customers by name which is a lovely personal touch. Best team ever

Service was slow and could have been better as I had to ask for our drinks, menus...and for them to clear our table. Food was great and quick.

The waiter was extremely helpful, atmosphere was upbeat, lovely views of the river and food was well presented and tasty.
