Restaurant was busy so service was very slow. Food was average. The ‘automatic’ 12.5% service charge is too high in this case.

We visited for brunch on Mother’s Day and it was really great. All of the staff were super helpful And friendly. The mums were given a complimentary mimosa on arrival Which was a lovely touch. The food was great and the service excellent. The staff going above and beyond to make sure my little 2yr old was comfortable and happy. We’ll definitely go back. Thank you

First time I visited, food is very average, staff were very friendly but service is terrible, super slow!! It took them 40 minutes to serve our first drink but made sure we were looked after and it was all on the house. Due to the staff being so accommodating, the experience wasn’t so bad.

Very popular restaurant in a great location on Richmond Rivetside with views over the Thames. Brunch menu is veried and tasty - avocados are a prominent featiure in a number of dishes.

I've been going to the Richmond branch of Jackson + Rye for a good few years and I don't think the choices on the brunch menu have changed in all in this time, except for the increase in prices. The food is still tasty but on our last visit the waiter, although efficient, couldn't muster a smile.

Jackson and Rye made my birthday experience fantastic! As a special request, I asked for birthday cake and wishes (thinking it was a long shot and partially joking) and they actually brought me a free dessert accompanied with a lovely birthday song! I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Thank you so much! :)

Visited for brunch - everyoneat our table of 5 were impressed with their meals particularly the Forager and Huevos Rancheros. Lovely decor and good service. Only downside was that we visited with a baby and suprisingly there was no baby change in the toilets that we could find so had to do it on the ground in a ladies cubicle which is not ideal.

We come here for brunch all the time. The service is friendly and the food is great. Definitely would recommend booking a table as it gets busy on the weekends.

Loved the pancakes but portions could have been a bit bigger. Still felt a little hungry after the pancakes but mostly, it was a little sad to have half a skinny banana with the pancakes.

Sat right next to lots of dirty glasses and mugs. It’s also had people constantly going past. Bringing more dirty mugs and so on. Had to ask for our drinks 3 times. Starter arrived before drinks did. Asked for a vegetarian starter and it came with meat.

Our waiter was extremely pleasant and professional, but the restaurant seemed short staffed and there was a long wait to have our order taken. Patrons at another table seemed quite exasperated with a long wait for their bill

Service was good but that’s it . It was busy and food took londger than it should - when it got to us some of it was cold . Wrongs dips which they had change and not very friendly at the bar when asking about American whiskies which is what they claim to specialise in . Would I go back ? Maybe but no rush anytime soon

Whilst the food was amazing, I am incredibly disappointed by the service our group received this afternoon. The server didn’t have a name tag but was a male (white, slightly overweight, greying hair). He didn’t look us in the eye once whilst addressing us and actually seemed to come across as being pissed off we were even at the table. When my two friends were served their drinks (latte and cappuccino) I was still awaiting mine (English breakfast tea). When I dared to ask about my drink when my food arrived, the server almost seemed like I had asked for a completely different meal, he seemed so exasperated at my request. When we’d finished, he cleared the table so quickly and handed over our bill without even making eye contact with us. On the other hand, the table next to us (a couple) were served so perfectly by him, he poured out their water for them in their glasses and didn’t even look at us twice! It seemed like he was disgusted with us even being sat in the restaurant. We felt really taken back by the service we were provided and I don’t believe we will be visiting ever again. I am highly disappointed by the level of service, I have never experienced this before in all my years of living in London.

Great food and service. The service slipped a bit though, we had a late lunch (at 1.45pm) and think the staff were changing shifts so got a bit fogotten about by dessert.
