We waited 40 minutes for one of our tapas dishes and in that time we had already eaten the rest of our meal. Not good won’t be back.

not the best tapas, the butter bean stew was cold, but they did replace this, the gambas pil were over cooked (although the sauce was tasty) and the tortilla was pretty much just potato - not great. Not the tastiest tapas I’ve had (I’ve had a lot!!)

I’m from Spain and is the first time I have gone to a “Spanish Restaurant” where the food really tasted like in Spain.

The food was nice but we had to keep asking where our courses were as we kept being forgotten about.

The patatas alioli were excellent. However, I don't think you needed to include potatoes with the other tapas dishes.

The restaurant is pleasant enough but having only recently opened the carpet leading to the toilets was clearly not new and looked to have seen a lot of service The service was shoddy . Our waiter reeked of smoke when serving our food and the staff fawned over regulars ignoring our table . We had made a testudines g this app and it had not registered on the system at the restaurant. This is sadly not the first time this app has proved to be useless. I have no idea why restaurants use it .

Helpful Staff, Tapas not all brought at the same time, which meant food was hot to eat at a leisurely pace.

Food was great. But 1 hour 5 mins into sitting down approached by waiting staff to be told we required to be out in 25 mins. Spoilt everything. We had not even finished our meal. Very disappointing.

Traditional tapas from andalusia, small cafe feel to the restaurant. Wine was reasonably priced, medium choice for food, I felt some were expensive compared to other similar restaraunts but quality was good on the whole. Friendly staff

Good value lunch deal menu. Not as exciting as visiting on a busy evening where the packed, loud space seems to add to the taste of the food and make everything more thrilling. Good, honest Spanish food all the same though

Typical Spanish tapas restaurant. The food was really nice: Bravas, Fried Calamari, Croquettes and Morcilla and some Bread with Tomato. Bravas were delicious. Calamari and Croquettes were really good too but the calamari were a bit chewy. Morcilla was the traditional one with rise! La Sal is a warm place and the staff was very solicitous. Unfortunately, the place is not very spacious and that's a problem when the restaurant is very busy. In our case, a large and noisy group (8 pl) by our side did not allow us to fully enjoy the evening. A pity! Despite the noise, 100% recommendable if you want really Spanish food. We will come back and to try the paella!
