Great restaurant, great food, great wine choice, great friendly service - the specials board is a bonus. The only downside in this weather is that there's no aircon.

Amazing meal & service as always. Have extended their menu to include vegan options recently, although we didn’t choose from these. Hands down best restaurant in Nottingham! X

This is a great little Brasserie. Cosy and relaxed. Food is excellent and they also have a good wine list. All comes at a very reasonable price. We have been here a few times now and always had a very good experience. Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Our first visit to Le Mistral following recommendations from friends. We weren't disappointed and had an excellent two course fixed price lunch and service by Paula. Would definitely recommend the moules with frites and crusty bread.

Everything about the Le Mistral was great. The two waitresses at the lunch time and the food. My friends and myself said it was the best restaurant meal we have had in a long time. Even though the restaurant was full the service was spot on.

Main course was amazing. Starter was disappointing as it had very little mushroom for the price I paid. Would use restaurant again though. Service was good.

Food was amazing, with good portion sizes. However deal states 2 meals and a bottle of wine for £29 but essentially it is only a glass each. Would definitely go again! Nice hidden gem.

A pleasurable dining experience. A charming little place with an extensive menu. Ironically with it being a French restaurant I chose from the Sunday dinner (menu), the food was wonderful; tasty and fresh. Highly recommended.

Busy for a Wednesday night and food quality was usual high standards. Would have scored 6 but a little hot inside the restaurant due to good weather. Well worth a visit with great menu.

Fantastic find. Lovely ambience, decor and staff. Food was superb. Will definitely visit again. The service was a little on the slow side, due to there only being two staff on, one of which never appeared to leave the bar either. Paola did a wonderful job. Very happy with this hidden gem. Would 100% recommend the goats cheese and mushroom arancini and the Hake with prawns.

Nice place to go on a Wednesday evening, food good, though I thought the braised red cabbage had a little too much vinegar. I have been before a couple of years ago and enjoyed my meal better then. Would definitely consider going again.

Very nice meal with a surprise complimentary glass of prosecco but we were sat next to the coffee machine which was noisy, we could have asked to move but we didn’t want to mid way through the meal

Food was beautitular but as we were the only couple in for most of the night any atmosphereason was lacking. Also had to wait nearly an hour for food to arrive (new chef apparently). Because of this we were given free coffees. Would visit again however but maybe at week end when there might be more of a buzz
