Food was good but not fantastic and wey wey over priced in my opinion. And it was really cold in there which was another negative.

It's either slightly over priced or slightly average... Food was nice... their premium beer (peroni) had floating bits in it; they suggested it was "the barell" however being someone that's pulled hundreds of pints and grew up behind a bar I'd say it was the dirty pipes.

It was a wonderful evening, the food was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Service was spot on, would highly recommend.

Very busy, placed on a table too small for five diners. Was not a comfortable experience at all. Food was OK if not average, could get similar in other establishments.

Delicious food and good cocktails. Friendly staff took care of our table and we were never kept waiting too long. Would of been good if they had table top food warmers. Definitely would visit again

We really enjoyed our meals but were surprised that the waiter brought one less rice out than we had ordered. He said this was because we had ordered too much rice. It was wrong of him to be so presumptuous. We also thought it was strange that the wait staff would keep re-folding the napkins when one of our party went to the toilet.

Over priced and low quality. Not happy with the taste, the way the dish is cooked. Vegetables are half cooked. There is no standard in the Bread. Terrible experience.

This has to be one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. Food; service; cocktails; attitude of staff; decor/ambience: brilliant! No hesitation in giving it the top rating.

I don't regularly do Indian cuisine but the menu offered plenty of choice. The atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were very friendly, informed and service was excellent. I had prune and spinach cakes as a starter which were delicious and beautifully presented. There was a good choice of drinks too.

Great setting, service and and fantastic food. Varied food and wine menu. Great location on Broad Street. Really nice cocktail bar too so treat yourself to one before you eat!

Visited Pushkar recently and as usual we wern't disappointed.. Superb service from the minute we stepped in the door.. Restaurant was warm and welcoming... Menu offers lots of choices.. Prawn dishes were fantastic .. All curries were full of flavour - generous portions -served efficiently .. Can't wait to go back ..

Wonderful food. The mixed vegetarian platter for starters is sublime. Second visit for me and first time round for my friends. We will all be returning.

We've been here a few times and the service and food is always excellent. A nice touch was being asked if we had any constructive criticism to help them improve. It shows an excellent attitude.

What happened to service with a smile? Felt ignored most of the night by staff and had wait 20 minutes for a drink. Food was average.

Even the water and poppadoms were offered without letting us know that they are chargeable. The water bottle was being reused as it wasn't offered sealed. Taste wasn't authentic Indian Service was fast and good. No mouth fresher or chocolate offered in the end !!!! Not worth spending SO MUCH..

Excellent food and service, served quickly, my only beef is I think the curries should be put on heated racks as food get cold too quickly

The food is amazing , the service was okay but not amazing but they were busy so acceptable. The surroundings are getting a little tired , once a real glamour spot could do with a freshen up but overall the BEST food in Birmingham by a mile

We adore this place. The food is refined, excellent quality. Unfortunately, we were firstly given a table at the rear of the annexe room to the main restaurant. it was extremely cold and most of our party of 5 had to sit with coats on. We asked for the swing doors through to the kitchen to be closed but were informed that would only make things worse! We eventually asked to be moved, which we were into another table in the main restaurant but it was still very cold. Other diners were also sitting with coats on. I don`t understand why cold air was rushing out of the ceiling extractors. i had taken friends there having raved about the place for several years but will think carefully before gong back.

Lovely food lovely ambience. We are hoping to return this year for another lovely New Year's meal. I highly recommend the Makhani. Lovely curry, lovely cocktails!

Authentic Indian food. Efficient service. Possibly more expensive than normal Indian restaurants but worth it. We booked on line for 5pm when they opened and they were almost full by 6pm.

Fantastic starter - No complaints. However, the mains were just OK. Nothing special, not much flavour in the chicken dishes so that was a big disappointment considering how good the starters were. Service was good within the restaurant and nice atmosphere.

The Pushkar is a first class dining experience. An exquisite menu and outstanding attention by the waiting staff. I would highly recommend and cant wait to go again.

This restaurant was recommended by friends and I can honestly say its the best meal I have eaten in years. Wonderful, clean, fantastic staff, great wine list and extensive well explained menu. An absolute gem of a restaurant.

Delicious food, very helpful staff, quick service but a bit too noisy and squashed in. I would go back so that I could try one of the lovely sounding puddings! Didn't have room this time round.

Good food well presented and well served by the efficient staff. Starters and mains were delicious and well presented. Only slight complaint was that my curry was not piping hot I always worry a little when the waiter who takes your order does not write it down. However he got everything spot on A little expensive and 12.5% service charge. Will definitely go again

About the 10th visit to Pushkar's and the food was excellent but the service slow considering they weren't that busy. Still fabulous food though & would highly recommend

Lovely meal and lovely clean modern restaurant. Staff were helpful and polite and service was quick. The waiter took time to explain each dish of interest.

Haven't been for a while but menu is varied and interesting, and food is still delicious. Service is friendly and efficient. Won't leave it so long to go back next time.

Really nice atmosphere, very good service from smartly dressed staff and the food was excellent. The mixed kebab starter for two was superb. Looking forward to returning soon.

Our party of three had a superb meal and service. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I am vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from.

Visited at lunch time. Ordered from the lunch menu, which we had to ask for. As the little menu box on the table, only had the Al a Carte & wine menus in. We had 2 courses for £10.95. Very good value and the food was amazing. Very tasty.

Great food, good and smooth service in a nice looking place. We will defenetly be going there again and i will recomend Puskar to everyone.

The food was lovely and although the restaurant was packed, it did not take long to arrive. Downside, they bought water and poppadoms (and charged for them) to the table without asking us if we would like them. There was a cold draught where we sat bty the window also.

We have been to the Pushkar on several occasions and each time we've had a fantastic time. Took our friends with us this time and it didn't disappoint.
