Went to Pushker last night the service from Azad and his team was fantastic took there recomandations for my meal and i must say it was the best meal i have ever had

Absolutely awesome restaurant: food was amazing and the service (thank you Azad) was also terrific. Would recommend this to anyone wanting more than the usual sit down and eat lots of sauce and not much else. The food was delicate and spicy and perfectly cooked. A great night

Very nice restaurant with a great decor in creme and gold colors. The waiters are very attentive and the food is good but can be very spicy, you can ask for milder.

For a cocktail bar, the choice was poor. Staff not really knowing what they were doing. Mandatory service charge applied, despite website stating this would only apply for parties of 6 or more and finally, waiter claiming certain dishes would be 'too hot' for me.l, when in fact it wasnt. Not a great experience and wouldn't go again.

Excellent service, awesome food, helpful waiter, I asked for a dish that wasn’t on the menu and it was not a problem. Well worth a visit 👍

Nice food & atmosphere, even dishes they said were hot with chilli were not over the top, whuch meant you can still taste the food, little pricey though.

Disappointing. The food was OK but I was expecting so much better. The service was very good but this was not matched by the quality of the food. We had 2 fish dishes, both were overcooked, especially the salmon. I wouldn't go back.

Once again we had excellent service and the food was first class. We haven't been for possible 3 months but the waiter remembered us. WE will come again very soon.

Standards have slipped. My friend and I had ordered completely different dishes, however they came out exactly the same and same sauce. Poor attention from staff, considering the restaurant wasn't full. Not even presenting dessert options or anything. Won't visit again. Considering the increasing competition in Birmingham, it's surprising that Pushkars no longer cares about their food or service.

The service fantastic, staff were attentive. Great cocktails. Food was average and not as expected. Flavour was average compared to visit a few years ago.

The staff were very attentive and the restaurant comfortable. There was a pleasant ambiance - the music quiet enough to allow conversation. Food was great.

Nice and friendly service, food was tasty but unreasonably overpriced. 6 prawns for the main course cost nearly £18 but when I saw the bill i was actually charged £19. Was expecting more generous portion sizes for such price.

Found PushKar on my Google search. Lovely restaurant. Staff very helpful and attentive. The waiter advised us on the menu which was great as our food was exceptional. Will defiantly go back. .

Wonderful meal as always. Great service and lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend. We have been coming here since it opened and can honestly say it's one of the best experiences you could hope for. We are always greeted with warmth and made to feel very welcome.

Very disappointed with food.Two portions of rice sent back with chemical taste.Overpriced for what is a normal curry found anywhere in any town centre.Expected a higher taste experience as we have dined at Pushkar before but won't return again.

We visit Birmingham regularly for nights out on broad street and this is by far the best restaurant we have been to. Cocktails were fab and the service is impeccable. Our food was fantastic and the atmosphere is amazing. It was my husbands birthday and he got given a free dessert which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our friends from Derby. Thank you for such a great experience....we will see u soon

If you a looking for premium quality, special occasion, Indian cuisine then Pushkar is a must. It is most certainly not a cheap establishment but definitely worth the price and, in our case, the 90 minute trip to get there. We will, without doubt, be back there.

Nice restaurant with lovely food. Really enjoyed our meals however they were slightly spicier than the standard we are used to elsewhere. Our experience could have been improved if all the meals were brought out at the same time, we were a table of 5 adults and 1 toddler, we ordered a mild korma dish and mushroom pilau rice for the toddler however the chef had made it too spicy (not sure how as kormas are meant to be mild) so this had to be cooked again so we were disappointed we had to wait. Also feel a bit robbed as we were charged a 12.5% service charge (in the region of £20 which seems quite steep) which I understand is chargeable for a table of 6 or more. We had 5 chairs and I wouldn’t have thought a 2 year old would command the same service as an adult especially as there was a delay in providing the food.

A must-visit restaurant if you are in Birmingham. Our third trip And we can’t wait to go again, the food and the service are excellent and while atmosphere is always celebratory and welcoming.

Food was delicious with generously sized servings. Good choice of different dishes on the menu including some I’d not seen in other similar restaurants. Service was prompt without being too rushed. My favourite Indian restaurant in Birmingham.

The staff were very polite staff, food was amazing, although I was not told prior that the service charge was mandatory. I will definitely be returning

Good punjabi cousine: main course were great and worth the price but found papadams, rice and bread overpriced that with the 12.5% service charge (complementary) made the bill a bit too high for what the restaurant has to offer (cocktails are well priced but wine is incredibly high). I would definitely recommend, but make sure you keep an eye on the “extra” bits to avoid “bill shock”

Pushkar provided a lovely meal, brilliant service and a fantastic variety of cocktails. Located just metres away from the hotel I was staying in, it was perfect.

Awesome restaurant with excellent food, lovely atmosphere and attentive service. I will definitely go back again to try the extensive menu. Cocktails were not available that particular lunch time so will need to go back and try them again.

Very nice place, good food, this parts would be worth 6 points. Expensive and very noisy, that is the reason for giving only 5 points.

Slow and poor service and really lets down the food. I mentioned to waiter I would like mild food but the food came out spicy. Also it was very busy and they obviously required more staff I had to wait 20 minuntes for glass water then another 15 for another drink. Was very bad shame would not return it ruined my sisters birthday meal.

A really nice restaurant. We went at lunch when it was very quiet, but they do a great value lunch menu. The service, and taste was great. Highly recommended

Luxury Fine Dining restaurant. lovely contempory feel, relaxed atmosphere. waiter was attentive throughout sitting. fabulous tasty food. an excellent choice for a special occassion. We will return.

It was really busy and after drinks orders were taken we were still waiting for someone to take food. After asking when drinks were brought the manager came to take the food order, then the waiter came and apologised. Other than that small irritation which was quickly resolved the food was amazing.

Very lovely and great atmosphere. Enjoyable and the service was top notch. Hubby won’t stop talking about the food. Will definitely go there again soon.

Excellent food that is an interesting modern take on Indian cuisine. Service is attentive without being too much. Seating / tables are too close together for my liking

The salmon dish was fantastic as well as the atmosphere and the restaurant itself. The customer service was also excellent because of the wonderful staff there! Definitely going again!

We had a very nice meal and it's great service but is very pricey for what you get. We did enjoy the experience though and would go again for a special occasion.

Fantastic food. Really tasty, top quality ingredients and extremely well prepared. Great atmosphere. Great hosts who made me and my family feel very welcome. I think I've found my new favourite Indian restaurant.
