Quality of food and service was excellent, highly recommended & well worth a visit.

Good value set lunch menu. Food very tasty and good quality. My salad could have benefited from more avocado but that is a minor aspect. Overall a very good visit and we will be back.

I go here because it has a vegan menu served in a nice setting. Our party was 2 vegans and people eating from the main menu. All our meals were enjoyable but some could have done with slightly more on the plate eg the fishcake. The service was not great eg asked for water, it wasn't provided, asked for another couple of drinks and had to ask for these several times. It was a Thursday night so not that busy. Apart from that an enjoyable evening in nice surroundings.

Loved the French onion soup. It was delicious. Also the smoked haddock fish cake. Really good. But the sweet course didn't do it for me. I chose the brownie. It was too dry . But I'll be back . Nice atmosphere and attentive staff . Lovely cosy fire. Mmmmm.x.
