Service was a bit slow tonight but food was amazing as always.

Food was lovely however after being served the rice and noodles the bowls were placed on a table behind us and ended up we were sharing with another table which we found odd as the bowls are usually left on our table!

Really enjoyed our night at Richmond Oriental, great food and great service.

Comfortable dining with great food and service. Love the fact that most tables are circular which makes a great place to eat for a bigger party.

We had a lovely meal for 4 from the set menu. There was great choice and the staff were very attentive to get our orders. However, once we were eating, they gave us lots of space to chat and didn’t disturb the flow of the meal. Always lovely food :)! Would highly recommend.

Shocking service this evening booked our table for 5.15 at 7.45 we still didn’t have our main course. There were 7 of us including my grandchildren (a toddler and a baby). No explanation was offered as to why our meal was taking so long, when we asked the response was not apologetic but extremely rude. (Everyone’s is waiting). Utterly ruined our family night as we were anxious at the delay due it being passed the children’s bedtime and we were trying to keep them amused. The high volume of continuous takeaway was clearly having an impact on the kitchen service. When finally the food arrived it was warm but not hot. After complaining we did get an apology. Several customers were complaining about either the wait or the temperature of food. Very disappointed, even when they deducted £22 off our bill it didn’t make up for a disappointing

For a birthday (71) meal it was perfect, food was great, service was great in a relaxed atmosphere.

We waited far too long for our meals. I know the place is busy but it was almost 40 minutes wait. Food was okay,pretty overpriced for what it was.

First visit to this restaurant and thought it was lovely. Food was really good and would definitely go back. Service for starter was quick but mains took quite long to come but to be honest I didn’t really mind as I prefer not to feel as if you’re being rushed out the door. 3 people out for dinner from the moment we arrived we were treated magically nothing is too much bother they do a mean Singaporer Sling cocktail .We had the pre-theatre menu it has plenty choices and even the most fussy eater would find something

We went for my Dads birthday lunch on Friday and had a lovely meal. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious with perfect sized portions for lunch.

Great food and service, the restaurant was very busy considering it was a Sunday evening but food and staff were excellent, never had a bad meal in all the years we have been coming.
