Lovely surroundings. Helpful and attentive staff. My 13 year old son is a very fussy eater but staff where more than happy to comply with what we asked for which wasn't on the menu.

It was a nice experience in a very busy restaurant, the food was first class, only the portions were rather large, that was solved by asking if we could take some of the leftovers home, which wasn't a problem to the waiting staff who were very efficient.

Wonderful Restaurant, with a lovely ambiance in it. It’s beautifully decorated and it gives you the impression of being a quality restaurant. The staff are all friendly and ensure you’re enjoying your dining experience as much as possible. The food is fantastic and of a high quality. Plenty of choice on their lunch menu, which is exceptionally good value for money. Today, we dined from the festive menu and it was wonderful. Fabulous choice and the dishes we had were cooked to perfection. We will definitely return

An exceptionally good meal. Had the Christmas menu and it was very extensive. Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Catered well for my gluten free requirements. Highly recommended.

Lovely meal on this visit but found the salt and chilli chicken VERY crunchy on this occasion. Booking again though......love the place 😀 We love the atmosphere and service.

As always excellent service and great food. The staff are always friendly and courteous,they don't try to throw you out when you finish your meal, you can sit in the lounge and have a coffee or drink to finish your night off

The service the staff were both brilliant as usual at the Richmond. We always have at least one meal at the Richmond whenever we visit East Kilbride.

Lovely meal, staff very friendly and attentive during our meal. Nice, easy atmosphere . Restuarant was very clean and tidy, with cloth napkins, not paper ones, and the plates were warm when they were served.

Food was lovely only reason for poor review was the language barrier on this visit the girl serving couldn't understand what I was ordering when it came to ordering drinks and food! Food was lovley as always when I go but really disappointed with the service which was very frustrating

Very busy restaurant, definitely advisable to book in advance. Good service, although a little slower than normal due to high demand for take away meals. Food excellent as usual.

Food was fantastic and great value for money. Drinks i.e. soft drinks a bit expensive but would certainly return again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Had a fantastic meal lovely shared starter and all our mains were great. Lovely service and nice atmosphere. Had to wait on our table but there is a nice lounge area so we enjoyed a pre dinner drink. Will definitely be back .

Always an excellent experience good food good service and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend if wishing to have chinese dinner. Pre theatre menu is good value but a la carte not overly expensive.

We all had a wonderful time at the Richmond Oriental and the food was excellent. The staff were poliite and was excellent. Will go back

The restaurant was extremely busy and while the order was take promptly it was nearly an hour before we got our main course. When we asked about the delay there was a fairly abrupt answer without any level of apology. When we mentioned the length of time we were having to wait a second time we got a more conciliatory response. While the food was very good, the service was really disappointing especially as the staff seemed reluctant to acknowledge there was a problem in the first place!

This restaurant was excellent. Food and service first class. All the staff very attentive and welcoming. The lunch menu is excellent value with lots of choices.
