All in all a pleasant experience would recommend and good value

Nice salt chilli ribs, comes with salad. Rice was a good accompaniment. Good service.

Would usually rate this restaurant highly but last night must have been an off night for them. A pint of lager had to be returned as it was flat & undrinkable, the chicken & sweetcorn soup was lacking in taste as if it had been watered down to eke it out, one of the main meals was wrong & there was no milk for the tea - the restaurant had actually run out of milk. Very disappointing.

The food was cold. It felt like it was cooked in a microwave. Yhe meat had no flavour to it. Yhe noodles were hard.

We were very cold and sat with jackets over our shoulders. Took ages to take our food order. Food wasn’t very hot although tasted great

Been here a few times but not for a couple of years. To be honest it’s not the place it used to be. Ordered the sizzling mandarin dish which didn’t sizzle..... the griddle was hot but as I ate my food the onion and meat on the top got cold. I enjoyed it but I’m afraid I won’t go back now there is better places to go for the prices Richmond Oriental charge.

We ordered from the a la Carte menu . Seafood combination starter for two was delicious , I then had the seafood sizzler in black pepper sauce this was superb. Can’t wait to go back , restaurant was very busy and they have a good value pre theatre menu also
