Food great, atmosphere great and staff very nice and welcoming, it took us a wee bit of time to get served (asked about our pudding choice and we had our menu's down for a while and we were in a bit of a rush but other than that, would definitely come back

Food was excellent pre - theatre has plenty of dishes to choose from .Service and atmosphere is first class staff are so friendly ,There is plenty of parking

Lovely restaurant food was fab service bit slow but every table full maybe more staff eleviate that. Place was very noisy but probably because restaurant was full

Fabulous tasty food at a good price. Great surroundings, friendly staff. Not the usual bland stuff. Ribs were especially tasty. It was busy. Even at 5pm which sjows how popular it is.

Great value lunch menu with lots of choices. You could have one, two or three courses at different prices. Efficient service in nice, comfortable surroundings.

Great early evening meal at the restaurant. Our serving person was really attentive and did a fantastic job. The food was tasty and presented well...thank you to staff and management.

We had organised a family get together and there were 8 of us in total. We had a fantastic night at the wonderful Richmond Oriental. We had the mixed starters and the duck to share, for starters and they were fabulous. The food is of such high quality and is definitely fresh produce. The duck was so succulent and full of flavour. We had a mixed assortment of main courses and each one delicious, fresh and well cooked. The food is beautifully presented also. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Without being intrusive, they looked after us very well and took care of all our needs. Fabulous restaurant and we’ll definitely be back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Richmond Oriental to all my family and friends.

The service was good and the choice on the menu for lunch was varied We enjoyed the prawn crackers and our choice of starters and the main course was just the right amount of food for lunch time All in all a very pleasant experience

My daughter her husband and two children my son and myself had a really lovely meal. The food and the service were excellent and the staff were superb with the two children taking time to chat and play with them

first time visiting the Richmond and deffo not the last. restaurant was immaculate service was great and the food was amazing. 5 stars best Chinese by far .

Service was a little slow . We were waiting a good while for main but it was very tasty. Would probably just get takeaway next time. To be fair to them it was pretty busy.

Delicious Chinese meal. Variety of choices and presentation very appealing, staff are very antentive and friendly. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Will definately be back as excellent value for money.

A lot of different staff members tonight - not sure why. Food was good though. Restaurant was reasonably quiet because of the snow. Will definitely go back.

Saturday evening. Very busy and noisy. Service slower than would have liked but food very good. Can recommend for an enjoyable midweek experience at lunchtime or in evening.

Food was lovely as usual but too few staff. We had to wait a long time from time warm plates delivered to time meal arrived. We asked for more warm plates.

Food was good, very much adopted to European taste bud, I am looking for really Asian taste bud. I hope to have more choices to be catered with the taste I seek for.

Delicious food and very attentive service. Catered for person in our party with nut allergy, no problem. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to a return visit soon

Booked a birthday dinner for 8 people, food was great but felt the we’re rushing us. Mum asked for desert menu and the waitress looked at her watch! Not what I would expect from such a nice place. Disappointing.

We had a very nice meal and the waiting staff were excellent, as they served up our selection of noodles and rice. The portions were excellent and very warm as well as flavoursome and would encourage me to return

It was lovely foods, it was very busy night but we all enjoyed it

Very poor service. Can’t cope if large party in. There were three of us and we only ordered main meals and waited 90mins unfortunately we seated next to a large party of more then 15 which I think influenced when we got our meal.
