The food was amazing and the service was perfect .

Such friendly staff, very accommodating, food was unbelievable great value for money. Even with Manchester United fans coming in after the match, the atmosphere was great. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The salmon dish was awful. It had a horrible, runny mixture that was meant to be mashed potato. I doubt whether any potato had been involved in making this. I tried a mouthful: disgusting. The menu stated that there would be vegetables. I was served three small overcooked pieces of broccoli. The waitress did not ask about allergies. Fortunately the food did not contain anything that I am allergic to. My husband’s coffee was poor. Overall this was a very dispiriting meal. We did not eat there again during our stay.

Awesome food. Chicken 65 was so tender. Filet steak and rump both really good, cooked perfectly. Great service, not over the top. Second visit will definitely be back!!

We've had a meal here once before, that time it was really good food, today the steak was chewy, considering it was fillet we weren't overly impressed tonight. The ambient music wasn't good and a bit to loud

My husband had sirloin steak which was average, Diane sauce was thick. I had steak byrinai which had lumps of fat in it and I ended up with an upset stomach that night. I definetely would not recommend this resturant

A great find whilst waiting for a concert. Amazing food, attentive staff and a nice atmosphere.

The food was nice in this restaurant. I had the steak, but it literally came with just chips and a sauce if you added one, there was no mushroom, tomato, salad, any of the normal trimmings that usually come with a steak. My husband had the burger, which again was nice, but it was served on a side plate instead of a normal size dinner plate for some reason, so his plate was quite full with chips as well, leaving him no room to be able to cut anything or move anything around. The service was OK, a bit slow in places, and we ordered a bottle of wine which they didn't have, so offered us an alternative which was fine, but it was just put on the table, with no offer of us trying it, or having it poured into our glasses for us. The restaurant itself could do with some money being spent on it and was very basic. To be called 'Signature Steakhouse', and be in a hotel, I was expecting it to be a lot nicer than it was.

Food was cold and steak was fatty and chewy not cooked to the correct way we asked.. Did not listen to the fact we wanted Diet Coke and gave us normal not good value or food for the £60 we spent most not eating so what a waste

We are staying in the Trafford Hall Hotel and the restaurant is in the same premises. The menu was a manageable size with a great diversity of choice. My wife had the salmon and I had the steak Biriani. Both were excellent 👍👍 We have booked to eat in this restaurant again tomorrow evening💙💙

The staff were very nice and food was lovely. Service seemed very rushed as the second we had finished our starters our mains were put in front of us before the plates had been taken. The steak could also maybe do with a side dish rather than just chips but aside from this it was lovely.

The venue was OK. Food was basic but very tasty. Portion size was OK but the salad looked about a week old. Catered for gf very well.

Standard has fallen. Steak was greasy and fatty. We were given what looked like oven chip. The peppercorn sauce was watery plus onion rings were over done. We made staff know the quality has dropped and let them know we won't be back...
