The Soulville Steakhouse - Nottingham

Food was amazing. Hot and cooked to perfection as always. Bar staff very slow but busy. Good vibe and music very good. Staff attentive and very good value for money there.

Had a lovely meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very enjoyable. Service could have been a little better, we were not offered drinks when seated at the table and it was difficult to attract attention to order. Otherwise a very enjoyable visit

Service was very slow and staff were unhelpful considering we had a 2 year old child who was struggling. They had children crayons and books but refused to provide them. Whilst the food was good we would not go back there again. It was Christmas time but the place was far from full and service and attention should have been a lot better.

Food was delicious, highly recommend - however staff were not very attentive, waited half an hour just to get the bill! Last time we went we had much better service although i expect this was because they were busier and wanted us out quicker!

This was my second visit to The Soulville Steakhouse. And once again the food and service was excellent. I went with my daughter and we had the lunchtime menu 2courses with drinks came to £21:55 amazing value. Looking forward to my next visit.

The food and service is always good here and tonight was no different. We were a party of 4 and ordered 3 steaks - cooked to perfection - and a lasagne which by all accounts was lovely. Highly recommend.

An excellent meal, the ribs are the best ever, we left feeling very full, we'll be going back on a Sunday morning for the breakfast.

We always have a fantastic meal here food great, service superb always very accomadating .Have recommended to frienďs and family.Keep up the good work soulville.

Terrific a steak cooked to perfection ,not your pub rubber steak here. Will be back for sure ,it's the best steakhouse in Nottingham by a country mile

The best stake house in Nottingham! Yummy food, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and great music! Would recommend it to anyone. Never been disappointed. Always looking forward to have a meal in there.

It was the 1st time for me & I thought it was brilliant. The staff where fantastic the service was brill. I will definitely be comming again & would recommend it to everyone. Thanks it was great !

Lovely food, amazing presentation. They put happy birthday sprinkles on the table and carried out my cake after we had eaten. Worth the money, I will be returning!

Brill food and service music even better, food came out quick and was nice and hot. Children's menu was brill too lots of choice. X

Fab food, lovely background music. Perfect steaks. Not rushed at all. Got the 25% discount for eating 12-5 sunday. Sauces were out of this world.

Was ok run of the mill steak house steak was not as ordered

good food ,friendly staff and 25 % off on a sunday afternoon was a real bonus,would defo go again.Was abit cold sat in the window but we were moved straight away to a warmer table

Meal was lovely even tho there was far to much for us to eat. Was a bit too noisy for me, not from the music but from another group of people downstairs shouting. Service was ok but having to wait 14 minutes to have our drinks order taken after we had been seated was too long.

The Food, staff and ambience exceeded all our expectations. A perfect meal out straight from work. Good portion sizes, great choices. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you.

overall it was a great experience as always. The food was spot on and delivered when we needed it, we were not left waiting to long between courses. The waiter and waitresses were polite. The only down side i would say is they didn't seem to have our booking when we arrived and so therefore it took a while for us to be seated and we had to wait a long time at the end of the night for the bill.

We absolutely loved the place. Fantastic ambiance & very attentive staff. Definitely looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Nottingham. Cannot wait to show my boys this place

Great relaxed atmosphere prompt service with a smile and the food was delicious Can't wait to revisit House rose actually tastes better than the Zinfandel which is rare in house wines And the lamb pie well it was the best pie I ever had.

Food ok, not as hot as normal. Service wasn't as good as normally. Hopefully just a blip. Will see what happens on our next visit.

Great food and really friendly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble atmosphere was also great with good tasteful music which we all enjoyed even the younger people with use I couldn't recommend soulville steak house highly enough we will be going back

Great service. Good menu choices. Food very good and plentiful. Music a bit too loud upstairs so conversation was difficult. Good place to eat pre theatre or concert.

Fantastic food and a lovely little place with a great feel to it, would recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing atmosphere and great meal. We will be going back again soon

Food was beautiful, steak was cooked to perfection and great portions. Would have been a 6 but as soon as they took away the starter they brought out the main. No chance for the first course to settle, might as well have served it all together.

Great - as ever! Our favourite eating place, by a mile. Steaks are perfect, and everything else very good. Pity you don't do a chilli, though.

Service good, staff very friendly and helpful. We had minted lamb pie with puff pastry, very tasty, the mint did not overpower the lamb and the pastry just melted in the mouth. Will definitely go there again.

Had a good meal with great friends. The service was good - friendly, courteous staff. I would definitely recommend the Soulville Steakhouse to anyone wanting to have a good night out.

We eat here regularly and the food is fab. No problem either today with the food but the service let it down. Shown to seat and not asked if we required a drink - approx 20 mins waitress appeared and asked if we were ready to order said yes and could we order a drink too! Also, after meal finished had to go to bar to ask for coffee again as no one came to our table. Not as busy as it has been so no excuse for shoddy waitressing but food and place still very good.
