The Soulville Steakhouse - Nottingham

Fantastic food with a great atmosphere. Staff were excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sauces were the best I've ever had. Best food ever.

Very good service very good food lovely atmosphere. Had a very enjoyable afternoon here with some lovely friends. The lunch menu is exceptional value for money. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic food as always, one of my favourite restaurants, always have a fillet steak and it's always cooked to perfection and the music in the background from the jukebox made it a great evening

Whilst the lunch menu steak isn't huge, it's tasty and always well cooked. Soulville always gives good value for money and very polite and helpful servers.

Never had a bad meal here. The food is delicious and the service is good too. Would recommend to anyone. Recommend booking though especially in the evenings as it's so popular.

Great food and atmosphere as always. Had to wait a while for the bill and felt a bit abandoned near the end of our stay, but I think the new staff will get there.

One of the best steakhouses in the Midlands which never fails to impress. Generous portions cooked to perfection, always served up with a friendly smile.

Fabulous food and service only downside check your bill for the drinks that are charged. We where charged for drinks that we didn't have don't get me wrong this was sorted out very quickly but on a previous visit had same problem which also was rectified when the issue was brought to there attention . So I'll say it again please check your bill 🙄

Great time, food excellent as always I had a fillet steak the meat so very well cooked, the steak was so tender the weight of the knife cut through it, the atmosphere and music superb, there were 2 large parties in at the same time but we did not have to wait long for our meals and the staff very attentive

Overall experience at the soulville steak house was amazing.. Couldnt of been in a more calm and collective place.. The staff should be proud they need a massive pat on the back

Excellent food and excellent service. We visited with friends who were staying with us for the weekend from Finland and they were amazed at the quality of the food. Our waitress was so attentive and recommended meals and wines to go with them. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return.

Went here for my birthday in July and loved every minute. Incredible steaks cooked to perfection, gorgeous bbq sauce, lovely onion rings and fantastic music and atmosphere. Definitely my new favourite place to go for a steak.

Lovely family steakhouse in the city centre. Not too crowded. Nice ambience. Great lunchtime deal menu. Bonus is the jukebox for Motown & Soul classics at your requesr!

The food was very good, couldnt fault it. All of us very happy with the customer service and atmosphere. Would definately come again for sure.

The restaurant is nice and well clean... staff friendly and attentive... rich plates with lots of sides. The service is usually fast and the waiting staff checked us back straight after being served to make sure that we had what we wanted. I been there few times and hope to come back soon

Incredible steak but evening was marred by ridiculously loud music - we left the place with our throats aching from screaming at each other all night, even after requesting that it be turned down a little (and were refused, being told that it was part of a playlist and therefore could not be turned down...??) But again - the steak was beautiful. Perfectly cooked, lovely chips and excellent accompanying veg.

Nice food, been a few times and always good quality. Always best to go before 5 pm to get the best discount though. Would recommend.

Cajun tuna wasn't very spicy. The music was very loud so we had to shout over it, even after asking for it to be turned down, I think we were just unluckily next to a speaker, and the service was a bit slow - I got the drink I ordered to accompany my main almost as we received the bill. However, the steak, as always, was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The portions are huge, I could have definitely fed a whole family with my main, and the sides are also very good. I lived in Nottingham for 4 years and this is the first place I thought of to come for my graduation meal a few years later! Very highly recommended for a relaxed atmosphere, but possibly not if you're to a tight schedule.

Thank you Soulville for another delicious steak. Always reliable and always enjoyable. Prosecco was perfectly chilled also, which has not always been the case on previous visits.

Have visited this restaurant many times and no matter what I have ordered it has always been very good. Staff are friendly and service is good.

An excellent dining experience - good food, friendly professional staff, a good ambience and good value for money particularly with the early dining offer. I would not hesitate to recommend the Soulville Steakhouse.

Food well cooked, tasy & great service. Only downside was a board outside saying 2 courses for £7.95 only to be told (at 5.25pm) that the offer only ran till 5pm.

Overall a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Staff were courteous and bubbly if a little stretched at times. Food was delicious as expected :) a.c. too cold when we got there but the waitress turned it down as soon as requested

Best quality/value steak in Nottingham and lots of excellent other menu choices such as the combos.

The food was fresh and well cooked. The only downside was that the table next to us was far too close, they may as well have put us together!

Nice ambience and music. Helpful staff. food was exactly as advertised and portion size was unexpectedly large for the price. Good value for money. I will be going back

We found the staff really friendly and helpful and our steaks were spot on - I hadn't had T bone steak for ages. The food was reasonably priced and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Excellent food. Great portions. Good service. Good menu choice, however some of the options are not clear around extras. Meat was cooked to everybody's liking.

Consistently great food, well cooked and served and fantastic value for money. Staff always good too. Good location in centre of Nottingham. Good for couples and families.
